[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Polo tdi 1.5 issues after ea189 recall

I am the owner of polo tdi 1.5 comfortline DL10cc 4125. I had to take my car so many time bacl to service centre after the ea189 recall software update. After the update my car is facing the issues such as knoking, jeark on 4th and 5th gear while acceleration, constant rattel sound after 5th gear and a very prominant whistle sound. After every visit the condition of my car has become more worst. Attachex is the video with engine whistle sound. Now you guys have left me with no option but to file a case into consumer court.
