[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — recall due to persistent faulty

I am mohan kaliyaperumal working in abroad. I had purchased ameo highline mt plus, diesel at kun capital motors no.64.103 3rd avenue q block, anna nagar chennai600040 on 09092017 the vehicle no. Tn02 bk1216 engine no cwx163135, chassis no mexd17601ht129512. I would like to inform you my grievance regarding my new vehicle and now i totally fed up and deeply depressed because of the subsequent same faults in the engine management system mil & misfiring indicators in my vehicle which has been happening past one year within the warranty period. When i had come to india on 18042018 and started my travel from chennai for a long trip with the family, not even crossed 60 km, my vehicle was broke down with engine warning lamp glowing mil & misfiring indicators due to the fault in fuel injector along with jerking.in that period i had driven my vehicle not more than 1600 km from the date of purchase. Moreover, i didn’t drive my vehicle more than 150kms for each trip past six months. I called road assistance and they arranged and recovered my vehicle to the service centre kun service centre, alandur, chennai in the beginning, the local technician told me that the problem was by filling the new diesel after that they had drained the fuel diesel thoroughly 45 litres with cleaned the tank and changed diesel. But they wouldn’t found the actual problem after thoroughly scanned. Meanwhile, i had sent a complaint to customer. Carevolkswagen.co.in and registered case no ccr116768 and mr u. Ramesh crm service were replied as below. We have a diagnosis and found cylinder 1 injector faulty and replaced the 1st cylinder injector and delivered. But other injectors have not shown any faulty we are confident in our diagnosis you should not face any complaint in future in the error-est case if the problem occurs your concern will treat on priority as per terms of the standard warranty, as a special case, we will provide a discount on an extended warranty if you wish to extend. Moreover, i replied to him for the above concerns particularly don’t replace any spare parts into the engine components since the vehicle is in warranty period within six months. If i have prolonged my vehicle warranty along with the standard warranty period as you said above, it may also occur in other injectors in future. Whose know that it will not happen this is well known only by the manufacturer moreover i had also realized the same through comments and concerns provided by vw customer. Therefore i couldn’t extend my vehicle warranty along with the standard warranty period because you’re prompt insisting us to extend warranty period for safe from your side. The same incident happened again when i had come to india on 18012019 and started my travel from chennai to neyveli trip with my family, not even crossed 65 km, by my vehicle. Which was broke down with same engine warning lamp glowing mil & misfiring indicators due to fault in fuel injector along with jerking i called road assistance and they arranged and recovered my vehicle to the service centre kun service centre, alandur, chennai. Meanwhile, i had sent again a complaint to customer. Carevolkswagen.co.in and registered case no ccr156326 on 23012019. Now i will not come to anymore compromise and convince from dealer and manufacturer. This is totally manufacturer defects. Hence, i dont want this vehicle anymore and also i can’t drive this vehicle with thrilling in my future whereas, where will stop at any time. Please understand my situation at these conditions and i am not ready to waste my time anymore and i am not paid and purchased this vehicle for adventure driving. Therefore, i handed over this vehicle to kun capital motors in chennai without any damage as a new vehicle and no more driving only 5000 km within one year and four months. Kindly request you to resolve my grievance for reimbursing the money along with interest amount whatsoever i paid at purchasing time or new vehicle.
