I am from Gujarat.
I have visited Gandhidham service camp held on 25th September, 2022 by RAJKOT service center regarding service of my Volkswagen ameo GJ 18 BG 3931.
Instead of better results I have faced some problem creating in my car which were not earlier present before service like,
-Bonnet handle & cable by which bonnet can be opened was perfectly well & working before service
After service, cable is not working & bonnet cannot be opened (told to me by serviceman & then checked by me).
-wiper motor which pumps out water for front glass cleaning was in working condition & after service it is also goes in non-working condition
After service, motor for pumping out water must be replaced told to me by serviceman.
My question is that
Such type of camps done for what purpose??
Whether it is for customer convenience & satisfaction?
Or
For company benefit like "more the problem created more we can get financial benefit"??
It is better not to do Such camp or service than creating problem in vehicles.
Sometimes I feel that such services do for financial benefit of company by creating problem & ultimate loss to customer by both ways - financial loss & vehicle performance.
I had lodge this complain to official mail of Volkswagen company then executive from company (Volkswagen) side had contacted me but due to my personal problem & busy schedule I ask him to call back later, then he don't even bother to contact back & when I called back he didn't receive my call
