Fraud Volkswagen Capital service center-Okhla Service Center

I have purchased volkawagen car (Brand Car) and using last 8 years but you have fraud and cheating with me and why are you maligning the name of the Volkawagen company. You have used my car 90 km without my permission and used my car full petrol second my car is running only approx 25000 km and you said your ECM was damaged and not working and you have changed my Volkawagen Polo ECM and charged 28000/-

Bad customer experience in car service centre

I have given Polo car for service in Volkswagen service center in Salem on 28th July at 9 AM IST and was assured that vehicle will be given back with all the service completed by afternoon but after that no one approached us on the status of the vehicle and we were waiting on the service center itself till the evening.

At 6 PM they informed us that car self start is faulty and needs to be replaced and can deliver the vehicle...

Customer care numbers are inoperative, its just an automated msg for more than 40 mins i was exhausted and disconnected the call. i sent an email regarding the NOC request against my loan from Vw finance team but no response.

abs module failure

worst services ever got. never acceptable from a legendary company like volkswagen

Very poor service.
I had issue with my ameo diesel and showroom took the car with help of pickup and since it happened in b/w first 2 year the didn't charge for that but also they were not at all succeed to solve the issue, they just did some adjustments to make the car run soon now after 2 -4 month same issue occurs but they are not able to give any satisfying reply. noc not received even after closure of loan

Polo tdi 1.5 issues after ea189 recall
