Hi Team,
I bought 2 years SVP plan last year in Mumbai with Mody Auto Corp Mira road, at the time of selling SVP, I was told its valid across India.
Now I am in Hyderabad and given my Vento (MHQ3628) at PSS motors Manikonda for yearly service.
At the time of giving service they confirmed that the SVP is valid and will do service as per standards.
However PSS motors said they will need approval from Mody Auto corp as SVP was bought with them.
It has been two days since my car service has not started yet and there are conflicting messages I am getting from both of them as Mody corp has given approval for only 8k while standard service is charged by PSS is extra.
I have been talking to Sneha from Mody Auto Corp Mira Road, Today Divya Poojari who claimed to be customer service head called me repeating the same and it took 20 mins for me get her to agree to send an email with list of standard services covered as part of SVP and what PSS is added extra.
This is a really bad customer experience I am not really sure why there is difference in standard service means.
My car is in PSS motors for 3 days without any clarity on when servicing will be done.
Please look into this on prority and get this sorted ASAP.
