No Response & Service Complaint

My Volkswagen Cross polo hand over to Madurai Ramani Car Service Center at 23.04.23 . But pickup my phone and no response in Ramani Car Service Center - Madurai . Many time any spare is not available in service Centre Madurai, So Worst Service Backup . I feel can i purchase ? Volkswagen Brand Car ?

Hi,

My vehicle Volkswagen Taigun 2023 model Topline (Registration No: KL07DA8998) from EVM Volkswagen Maradu (Cochin) and delivery was taken on 6th April 2023 from EVM Volkswagen after running for just 8 days (617KM) broke down at Palakkad on 13th April 2023 and had to be towed away to Thrissur Phoenix Volkswagen service Center. After 13 days vehicle was delivered back on 26th April 2023 (838KM) and service engineer assured that vehicle is in perfect condition and throttle body of vehicle which caused the issue was replaced. Now again on 1st May with similar complaints as observed on 13th April vehicle has again broken down on road (1095KM). Requesting you to kindly replace the vehicle as it’s affecting my personal professional life and given me mental stress as well as both times as I had to cancel most of my plans which has caused me financial burden as well. So requesting your favourable response on replacement of vehicle.

    I had given my vehicle for yearly maintenance service along with few complaints like vehicle vibration and heavy noise. I have asked the service advisor to first come up with both the service cost and the estimation for repairs(If any required). So I said based on the appx estimation I will decide hoe to take it forward.

    At first place, without even getting my consent he directly did general service as said it would cost around 13k. I argued with him asking why did he do general service without the completing the full inspections of the vehicle( Inspite of me mentioning him not to do service until complete estimation is done). This was first problem

    Secondly, After that he mentioned few issues like suspension related and steering related. For those I told he not to do anything this time as I'm short of funds. Later he said radiator fan motor is the cause for heavy noise and asked me for approval for changing for which he also said it would cost appx around 18K( Note: this was the part which was changed as part of previous year repair). I told him to replace the part using warranty claim in this case. Later after 2 day he said now part works fine by checking through warranty based inspections and hence did not get approval from warranty team and replace also not required. Later today vehicle came for delivery where I see the issue 100% still existing. I feel this is something fishy and i think the KUN service centre has not even processed my case for warranty check and believe everything he says are lies.

    I want VW team to intervene in this situation to address my issue and fix it and also take necessary action against the KUN service centre Ambattur for not providing proper assistance and trying to escape from the situation.

    There is also another major complaint( suspect of hoax) based on my previous year which I would be further listing down in my complaint.
    I have also planned to register a govt consumer compliants.

      Dear Volkswagen team,

      I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue that I have encountered with my VW polo (Engine not starting intermittently getting only crank sound), need a help fix the permanent solution for this.

      1st breakdown - 20 Match -2023
      2nd breakdown - 13th April-2023 (on same day i took delivery from PPS motors nagawara )

      Thursday 30th March I went to hospital and on the way back home the engine didn't start, tried to jump start with the help of RSA but no luck and was transported to PPS Motors Bangalore Nagawara branch with the help of RSA team.
      The car was in the garage for almost more than a week and got a call from the advisor to take delivery of the car on 11th April, I took delivery on 13th April. and on the same day again with the same problem, the car didn't start
      at my office parking lobby and called the adviser, with the help of a PPS technician vehicle shipped back to the garage, nagawara branch. till today received feedback from the adviser as still technician not identified the issue.

      Even i called to VW customer support almost daily once from 14th-april-23 and sent mail to customer.[protected]@volkswagen.co.in on 17th April-23 but not at all received single call from backend team or mail acknowledgment.

      I have issue with PPS, reported to VW possible way from customer side but even from VW side also getting zero response, to whom can i report/escalate this?

        Dear Manager,

        I had Bought VOLKSWAGEN / TAIGUN GT PLUS 1.5 TSI DSG/SUV (Engine No. DUMA31375 ; Chasis No. MEXA23CW7PT008287) on 4th April 2023. (Colour - WC Red)

        The worst Part is the Bonnet. It goes inside by the push of a finger. Very Very poor design or material used in this batch of production. If kids sit on it it will form a dent. Your 2022 models did not have it, as I crossed checked, with my friends vehicle. More force is required in His Car.I am sure that this is your manufacturing defect.

        I give you 2 options:

        Option 1 : Replace my Bonnet WC Red with PPF coating Free Of Cost under warrenty or any case your team decides.

        Option 2 : Pay off my 20 Lakhs loan and I will live with this defect.

        I will need an answer from Volkswagen Corporate by 15th May 2023 on the options above, else will file a legal case on Volkswagan and Euro NCAP.

        Note : 1 customer lost is equated to millions.

            Hi,

            This is a real concern I would like to bring to your notice with complete details .

            Repair order No : SOA2300868
            Service Advisor : Basava Kumar
            ODO kms - 23562

            Points (Day1 - 19th April)
            1. My demanded repairs were - check Engine and Coil light glowing
            2. Vehicle vibrations, Rattling sound andloose ECM barkit
            3. Vehicle wobbling and bummpy

            Updates (19th -21st April)
            They kept updating me with new information like changing fuel injectors did not fix the problem.
            Replaced glow plug and in return added a new problem - IGNITION

            21st April Evening Service centre Updates :
            1. Eliminates fuel injector issue .
            2. They say compression problems and will need to open Engine head . (Once engine head opens it generally cost 1-1.5lakhs approx )

            4 days and they could not diagnose it properly.

            22nd April Updates:
            1. I went to service center to understand what is wrong and the Workshop Manager told they have only changed Glow plug and none of the issues are fixed .
            2. Discovered new problem your technicians have added to my vehicle “IGNITION “
            Why did they put a new Glow plug (4k ) ? Which is making no sense to any of my problems
            3. I somehow managed to escape from there paying whatever they asked for but Unfortunately while delivering it there was lot of smoke from exhaust.

            4. When we confronted SA - Basava Kumar he just ignored the fact and said it is normal it goes off .

            Team/Management - I request you to please take this into consideration and hope to see some help than formal regret mails/notes .

                I purchased a VW tiguan allspace in 2020 and the dealer Capital vw in Delhi NCR charged me for the extended warranty at the prevailing rates. I paid for the same and hold a proforma invoice against this committment. Over two years have passed and they are yet to issue a warranty certificate to me despite of taking the money long back. Have approached the dealer as well as VW customer support but the issue remains unresolved.

                    Issue with NEW CAR

                    I bough a new virtus last month. First day it stopped working and contacted the local dealer for the same. Person 1 who attended this issue, said it’s a mother board issue, person 2 who received at service center said, it’s an airbag malfunction issue, person 3 who inspected said, it’s battery issue

                    After these pathetic response I visited the Ramani motors, MTP road branch, I surprised, they didn’t started inspecting...

                    PPS Volkswagen hyderabad madeenaguda is not taking my Volkswagen vento car for any repairs. The only reason is they're saying the vehicle is not being serviced with us and they want me to get the repairs outside. Then why there is an authorized service for volkswagen if I have to do repairs outside one of the worst car companies I have ever seen please do not purchase it.

                      As one of your financed vehicle from Volkswagen Financial Services vehicle no HR 812559 Owner name Surendra Singh Ahrodia. Registration year 2015. RTO Bawal, Haryana.
                      Currently I want to purchase this vehicle from owner but owner has no confirmation regarding loan clearance or for NOC.

                      So request you to please look into this matter and provide loan clearance letter, NOC or any outstanding amount do let me know for further process, or you can send it to the owner also.

                        Autobahn Mumbai - Poor quality painting and denting work

                        I want to bring to your notice the malpractices happening at Volkswagen Authorised Workshop - Autobahn, Vidyavihar, Mumbai, India

                        My vehicle VW Polo Petrol Highline having registration number MH03BS3834 has been going to this workshop since 2015 however every time it came back with additional complaints/issues.

                        Around 3 years back I got denting and painting bodyshop work done at this workshop of the rear left...

                          I purchased VW Taigun 1.0L MT, HIGHLINE, July 2022 Model from Tirunelveli (Tamilnadu) dealer through their Madurai, TN branch.
                          The sales contract form signed and the vehicle was booked on 07th Feb 2023 at Tirunelveli VW Dealer.
                          As per the sales contract form and also as agreed by TVL Branch Sales Manager, the final price for the vehicle was fixed to Rs. 15, 65, 000.00.
                          I paid Rs. 15, 65, 000.00 digitally (65000+255000+500000+500000+245000) on 07th Feb, 10th Feb & 11th Feb '23. Since TVL Branch was not having 2022 Model, Candy White colour TAIGUN 1.0L MT HL, in their stock it was arranged from their Madurai Branch,
                          The vehicle delivered formally at Madurai on 11th Feb '23 and subsequently at Tirunelveli on 14th Feb '23.
                          Received Tax invoices and RTO e-fee receipt on 14th Feb & subsequent days. TCS is awaited.
                          The dealer provided account for Rs. 15, 20, 924.00 by means of Tax invoices and RTO e-fee receipt.
                          The account is short fall for Rs. 44076.00, when I checked with Dealer, they gave the response in the reply mails. Please go through the attached mails for better understanding.
                          I have tried to explain them in long chain of emails. But the response was same. So I have taken into Customer Care in Cc and accordingly CCR 11491875 has been raised. Till this date, this CCR hasn't been closed.
                          Please intervene effectively in this complaint and resolve it reasonably. Expecting your earlier action on this.

                            I am a victim of bad and unauthorised service done on my vehicle. by @modyVolkswagen.

                            I had dropped my vehicle VW AMEO (MH04 JB 16050) at VW service center Thane on Thursday evening 23rd February 2023 for bumper painting, ceramic coating and backseat noise issue work and received my vehicle back on 4th March 2023... I am completely dissatisfied with the work that was done in the service center. Infact there is something wrong happened with my vehicle in the workshop. VW Thane has taken the joint road test before dropping the vehicle to the workshop and it was never reported the suspension noise and later how can suddenly suspension issue arises.

                            1. Back Seat noise (pending from several months.)
                            - Within few days the noise has again come up... frustrating with quality of work done

                            2. Bad Repainting on the back bumper
                            - Painting was not done properly on the backside bumper, the surface is not at all smooth and it is dry and very badly done.

                            3- Ceramic coat
                            - I have got it verified with a ceramic expert and he confirmed there is no coat done recently on the vehicle. So much lies from VW

                            4. Humming noise issue was observed later taking the delivery when I parked my vehicle at half ignition in the basement. This is the new issue which has come out after the work done in the workshop.

                            5. I have also noticed the speakers output is now getting buzzing noise on a high bass. there is definitely some fishy thing happened with my vehicle,

                            6. Changes in the bonnet area…. I have pics of before & after that clearly indicate something is wrong happened with my vehicle. I want to get it verified completely with a technical head and reasons of such modifications in my vehicle without my knowledge.

                            7. Steering jerk and noise on the bumping roads

                            8. Speakers - also noticed the speakers output is now getting buzzing noise on a high bass. there is definitely some fishy thing happened with my vehicle,

                            my vehicle was @ThaneVolkswagen or a week, after the given job done, there are many issues have come out that were not there earlier. I WANT TO SEE CCTV FOOTAGES TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED WITH MY VEHICLE IN THE WORKSHOP and FULL JOB DETAILS.

                              I am a victim of bad and unauthorised service done to my vehicle. by @modyVolkswagen.

                              I had dropped my vehicle VW AMEO (MH04 JB 16050) at VW service center Thane on Thursday evening 23rd February 2023 for bumper painting, ceramic coating and backseat noise issue work and received my vehicle back on 4th March 2023... I am completely dissatisfied with the work that was done in the service center. Infact there is something wrong happened with my vehicle in the workshop. VW Thane has taken the joint road test before dropping the vehicle to the workshop and it was never reported the suspension noise and later how can suddenly suspension issue arises.
