Totally Unsatisfied and Unhappy with Volkswagen service center Umayanalloor, Kollam 691589
On the date (03/08/2018), I took delivery of my Volkswagen Polo GT - Reg No. KL 25 M 420. From that time we were facing so many complaints from the service center. First of all we have asked them for our car roof to be painted black from the showroom before delivery and they didn’t do it. So after the delivery, again we have to give our car to the service center to get the roof painted and they took more than 2 days to paint it and more over that it was not proper and there was too many bubbles and imperfections in their work and we have to give our car to the service center again to rectify the issue. Even after that it was not that proper but it was better than before but we saw some damages caused by the service center. They had to remove the top hood inside for painting and we saw some damages in that and some sound was coming from that and till now they didn’t rectify the issue.
Second, the door speakers. From the delivery date we showed them that there is some issue with that. They said they will rectify and till now we are facing the same problem. Now what they are saying is that, most of their car have this issue. So what. They have to inform their company and rectify it. The way the service center responded was like we have visited them with some other company car. And recently I have taken 2 years extended warranty so they are trying to take advantage with that. Recently we have given our car to the service center for yearly service and for some claims, even after that they didn’t rectify the previous issues I have mentioned. Moreover we have given the car for a claim to repaint the door for some scratches in that but even it is not proper. Now it is like even though it my car it is always in the service center for to rectify the issues created by them only, and not rectifying it properly.
After the service now we are facing new issues, our ABS symbol is on in the meter for nothing and when we informed, even without checking it they are simply saying that we can replace the ABS sensor because we have extended warranty. And one of our tyre is having issues just after the service. Before service it was perfect. And we have noticed that the kilometers shows some variations before and after shows that they are using our car for personal use while give for services and we feel that is the cause of showing new errors after the service. I have chosen this car because of the good will and service quality that Volkswagen have. But am not getting what it was known for. Am totally unhappy and unsatisfied with the behavior and quality of service by the Volkswagen service center.
