Polo Petrol 1.2L 2016 Model

Address: Hyderabad

On 11 Oct 2020, while returning from Tirupati to Hyderabad, on National Highway some heavy iron particles fell/left on the middle of the road. Due to low ground clearance of POLO car, the bottom section which is Oil Sump got hit when the car moved from the iron particles, which may have caused air crack and that developed in leakage of Engine OIL. Later I spoke to customer support team and have been advised to not drive the vehicle then I...

I own a VW Jetta. I provided my car for a periodic servicing yesterday evening. The car was collected by a driver from VW Vellore service centre. However, the following issues are glaring:
    1. There was no documentation procedure carried out on handing over the car. So, technically there is no proof that the car was taken out of my consent.
    2. I was assured that the car would be delivered post servicing today evening. However, in the evening I got a call stating that the car would be delivered by only tomorrow.
    3. Additionally, I was told that the timing belt was not available and it would take atleast one week for it to arrive post placing an order.
    I have the following observations:
    1. How was an appointment given in the first place if the availability of the components not assured? Moreover, if the service centre was aware of lack of component in the morning itself, why did they assure delivery of the car in the evening. This is a clear case of cheating.
    2. In the usual procedure, when a car is collected for servicing a form is filled by the service centre rep, a copy of which is handed over to the customer which has details such as odometer reading, fuel level, presence/ absence of spare wheel/ other relevant kit etc. How is such a major thing missing is this case? Additionally, I haven’t received a mail or sms regarding receipt of the car for service yet. This speaks very poorly of a authorised VW service centre.
To see so many glaring issues happen all in the same instance seriously brings doubts to my mind regarding Quality Assurance of VW. After this pathetic experience I would think twice before recommending a VW to anyone, leave alone get a servicing done at a authorised service centre.

The issue hasn’t been resolved as of right now. It is not understood on what basis you claim to be making such remarks of matter being resolved without any basis.
Additionally, the following issues has been observed:
    1. No report of wheel alignment/ balancing provided by the service centre inspite of the same being charged. Generally, a printout of readings of wheel balancing/ alignment is provided whenever it is done.
    2. I’ve been told that the vehicle will need to be brought back to the service centre for replacement of fan belt and spark plugs. It is not understood why was the appointment given in the first place if the components required to be replaced as part of the periodic schedule were not available. This speaks very poorly about the so called authorised service centre and proves that due diligence is not being made prior giving an appointment for scheduled servicing.

I bought a new vw polo tsi model 3 weeks before. While reading the users manual i found that the rear wiper turned on automatically when the frontshield wiper is on and the reverse gear is engaged. I checked the same for my car but it is not working with my product.

Within last 6 months time I have changed all 4 ABS sensors of My VW POLO Comfortline which I was purchased in 2017. Today[protected] again I am seeing ABS warning light illuminated in my console.

When I checked with the authorized service center, they said ABS sensor issue is coming in almost all cars of VW group and they really don't know what causes it. I feel like VW is cheating customers by giving faulty or low quality spares which customer have to pay big money and looting them saying their products are of very high quality. I don't understand this quality of changing a sensor like every month and paying 5000+ on it each time.

Customers of VW are opting their vehicle only for their safety and quality and if this is what they are providing, I am sorry to say, really feel bad for my decision on choosing VW for my first car.

                Address: Volkswagen Madras South

                Dear Sir,
On 10th of October 2020 I have taken my Volkswagen Cross Polo Reg. No. TN 19L 6537 to VW Madras South (Kun Volkswagen, OMR, Chennai) for general annual maintenance. About an year back, when I had an issue with the gear cable assembly, it had been replaced from them on payment basis. Since then the gear lever function was not smooth and the same was mentioned during the current servicing. During the adjustment, many times the technician confirms the adjustment is to my satisfaction or not. This has happened many times and I have to finally accept the adjustment of gear assembly without full satisfaction.
During my previous annual maintenance, I have asked them to do the wheel alignment. On completion, when asked for the report, I got a printout with the achieved values invisible and at many columns values were beyond the limits. When enquired about it, they convinced me that the issue is with the printer but the values are ok. Later they took me to the wheel alignment machine and attempted showing it on the screen, but the result was unavailable in the database of the machine. Either they are not aware of saving/retrieval or forgotten to save or the machine does not have the feature. (To my understanding, the machine is decades old one and not with good features). Finally they have redone the alignment, but the results were not upto the satisfaction. While the job was running, I noticed that the pedestal where the monitor was placed had only three legs and the whole pedestal was dangling on its three feet. At the end of the alignment, the station manager Shri. Ramesh assured me that he will rectify the wheel alignment machine before my next visit and promised me that he will do the wheel alignment free of cost. Finally I have taken the delivery of the car without satisfaction. While I drove the car from the service station to my home, it was found that the gear lever got loose and with lots of difficulties I have reached home. On reporting this issue, the manager blamed me that it had happened due to the mishandling. Later when the technician came the next day and opened the gear lever bellow, it was found that the gear lever was tied with a plastic tie which was used for cable bunching. He removed the plastic ties and crimped the ring clamp he bought with the gear lever and assembled back. Since they do not have the ring clamp and crimping tool, it has been tied with plastic ties and it is understood that the ring clamp and crimping tool had been bought specially for me. It is very pathetic to know that a VW authorised service station does not have proper tools to maintain the world leader cars. Very shameful. (Photograph and the video of replacing the ring clamp will be produced on demand). On the same occasion, after servicing, I found the horn was not functioning. I had to take the vehicle to the same service station traveling 66km with my own expenditure, spending my leave and time for replacement. Though I got the replacement free of charge, it is all very pathetic to mention here but unfortunately I no other go, but to have.
Since I was not happy with the wheel alignment did last time, assuming that the machine might be serviced and made perfect, I have asked them to do the wheel alignment during the current servicing too. Unfortunately the process of wheel alignment was a repetition of previous year. This time also they tried twice and failed. Finally I was forced to take my car half aligned and I am now scared of driving long and have to do this exercise depending on a reliable private agency. After servicing, when I reached home, I found that the cooling fan of the A/c unit is not running after switching off the car (in general, when the car stopped and switched off, the cooling fan of the A/c unit will run for a few seconds and stops automatically). After a few kilometers, the gear engagements became very tough too. This was reported to the manager very next day, i.e. 12th Oct. 2020, but no response yet. Meanwhile I had made numerous calls to the station manager Shri. Ramesh (+91 [protected]) as well as to the service adviser, but in vain.
Hence I would like to summarise the problems that I currently face with my car by attending it by VW Madras south.
                1.Gear engagements became more tough.
a.There is a sudden jerk when releasing the clutch while gear engages in reverse position.
b.When it engages with 1st gear and the clutch pedal is fully pressed, (clutch disengaged position) it gives a noise as if it is half engaged.
c.All the gear engagements are very tough. Need to apply enormous force for shifting.
2.A/c cooling fan does not function when the vehicle is switched off.
                3.Improper wheel alignment
I now have to suspect VW Madras south on the other service that they have done so far. They charge for full oil and filter replacements, but not sure whether they really did it or not. As in other service centers, VW Madras south does not have the surveillance system at all. Similarly, when a customer comes with his vehicle for servicing, other service centers provide a vehicle for drop and pick up to nearby place where he need to go for some purchase or other needs. Whereas this service center does not have such facility at all. The whole day the customer have to sit in the lobby idle. In such case, VW Madras south does not have WiFi facility where the customer can use when he sits idle. Very frustrating to the customer who goes to VW Madras south.
It is very shameful to mention that VW Madras south does not have proper tools to maintain the machines as well as knowledged trained technicians too. But to be very frank, the VW Madras south is too good in water servicing.
Hence I hereby request VW to divert this matter to any other service station near by Chennai for free of cost where I can rely on the service to the customer satisfaction. Since I am planning to go to Kerala next week, any service station nearby Trichur also may suggest where I can do the service for free of cost.
I am not intended to mention you to take any action on such poorly maintained service stations and customer relations, but punishing them will help VW to maintain the leadership. Hope you may understand my feelings as I am very much attached to VW cars. I expect your favourable reply at the earliest.
                With Regards

                P. A. Sasidharan

NB: If some one could provide me the email id of a top officials of Volkswagen, I would be very thankful to him.

There is no steps has been taken from VW Madras south and marked the complaint as solved. I don't understand how complaint can be solved without attending it. Very pathetic. The entire Indian society has to take an oath not to buy Volkswagen cars at all.
Volkswagen India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

According to the email I have received from VW customer care on 24th October 2020, I am suppose to receive response from Customer Relationship Manager Ramesh U at [protected] or Customer Relationship Manager Lalitha (+91 [protected]) against my complaint No.: MED06101759, VIN No.: WVWG13606ET012356 within 48 hours as mentioned in your communications. Whereas I have received calls from Ms. Vyshali from KUN VW Madras south on 26th and 27th of October asking for the details. During the conversation I had with it was indicated to her the following.
1.During the previous annual maintenance (one hand half year back), when asked for the wheel alignment, the VW Madras south have failed to do it twice and I was forced to take delivery of the vehicle due to time constraints. The same has happened during the current annual maintenance service too.
2.When I had an issue with the gear assembly, it was replaced by VW Madras south a few months ago. While traveling back after the replacement, the gear lever got loose and it was reported to the manager on the same day over the phone. The moment it was reported, the manager, Mr. Ramesh VW Madras south indicated that it might have happened due to mishandling the gear lever. Later when he sent the technician for the corrective measure, it was found that a plastic tie was used to assemble the gear lever instead of metallic ring clamp.
3.Since then the gear lever was too hard to operate and the same was reported during this annual maintenance, i.e. 10th October 2020. After the maintenance, it became more worse as indicated in the complaint raised to VW customer care.
4.The cooling fan (radiator) issue has never happened for the past 7 years but now after this annual service.
5.Last week it is noticed that the engine oil that VW Madras south claimed replacement and charged Rs.4704/- found black, sticky and not upto the recommended level. Moreover, the level gauge plastic found to be stuck with the body shows that it has not been opened for quite a long period.
Due to the above mentioned issues, I have lost money, time and peace of mind. This has happened twice and I am too worried and scared of the performance of my vehicle. As mentioned in my complaint, I was about to leave Kerala tomorrow but could not make it happen due to uncertainty of the performance of my vehicle. During the conversation with Ms. Vishali, VW Madras south, contact No. +91 [protected], I have demanded the compensation for the price equal to the diesel consumption to travel between the service centre and my residence along with Rs. 5000/ equal to my one day salary, for which she agreed to pay the diesel consumption charge and for the one day salary compensation, she said she need to get the confirmation from the manager, service center. Without any further communication, on 27th October she sent an email stating to bring the vehicle either to VW Madras south or VW Pondichery which is 66Km and 90Km respectively from my residence on my own expense to rectify the complaints.

As per the telephonic conversation you had with me on 13th November 2020, you have agreed with all grievances that I have indicated in the notice served you on 6th November 2020 except the compensation against one day salary equal to Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only). As indicated in all my mails, all your personnel, i.e. your customer care manager, KUN VW Alanthur and the three member team you sent for evaluation as well as in the telephonic conversation that I had with you on 13th also agreed for the replacement of the engine oil. Whereas you have indicated in the sent mail that the replacement of engine oil will be done only after discussion in person. Over phone you commit something and over mail you are expressing something different. When discussed with the master technician, Shri. Kumaran, requested to bring the vehicle to the service center and he assured the replacement of engine oil along with other service related issues. As a manager of a service station of a reputed car company, it is not fair at your end to behave so badly. Considering and respecting the age, service and gentle approach of Shri. Kumaran, I have accepted to bring my vehicle to your service center at my convenience, probably this week for rectifying the above mentioned faults as indicated in the notice served to you.

Division of ŠKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Private Limited
(formerly known as Volkswagen India Private Limited)
As per the mail I received from Volkswagen on 24th October 2020, it is accepted that all the grievances mentioned in the mail sent you on 21st October 2020 will be attended under my supervision to the extent of my satisfaction. Based on this complaint, the customer head from VW Alanthur, Chennai on 26th and 27th of October 2020 has contacted me over the phone to know the issues that I am facing. Explaining the matter, she also accepted all grievances including the compensations that I have asked except the compensating amount equal to one day salary for which she needed confirmation from the manager. Since then there was no progress in attending the issues, hence I was forced to send the notice to Volkswagen on 6th November 2020. On 7th November representatives of VW Madras South, a three member team, a master technician with his two technicians, visited my residence for evaluation of the complaints. (In my earlier mail, I have mentioned the date as 7th October. It's a typographical error and it shall be read as 7th November). After evaluation, all of them have accepted the facts and agreed to attend all the complaints to my satisfaction along with the compensations which I have asked. The same was communicated on the spot to the manager VW Madras South and he agreed to send me the mail within two days accepting what was recommended by the three members team. The same has communicated to you on 9th November 2020. Since then no progress on the mentioned complaints or no communications from VW Madras south.
Yesterday, 13th November 2020 about 6.30pm, Manager VW Madras South called me over the phone and accepted all complaint rectifications and compensations asked by me other than the compensating amount equal to my one day salary. This statement is totally against the commitment made by his team who visited for evaluation on 7th November 2020. To the best of my sense, behaving injustice and making untrustworthy statements are not fair from a manager who handles the service station of a world lead passenger car company. It will not only lose the reputation of the company but lose the confidence among the customers and it goes on from mouth to ears which further damages the reputation of Volkswagen.
From the above mentioned experience with the VW Madras south, I lost confidence in them. As mentioned in my earlier communication, I hereby would like to request Volkswagen to authorise a service station near to Trissur, Kerala for rectifying the above mentioned issues or to any other service station near to me other than KUN groups.
My motto is not to make you to take any action on a particular individual or the branch for not maintaining the customer satisfaction and relationship. But I would like to mention certain things which I observed while I visit VW Madras south. The VW Madras south do not know how to maintain any kind of decorum. They do not know how to maintain the machineries in condition. They do not display the email id and contact numbers of the top officials of Volkswagen in their office premise. They do not drop and pick the customer to the nearby place who comes for servicing. No technicians are sound in knowledge. When a customer asks to do a certain job, they do something different and finally the manager has to be involved in settling the matter. No WiFi connectivity while the customer comes for servicing and waits in the lobby till his service is completed. No hospitality to the customer. Many times I have seen the customer quarrels with the manager or the staff for his compliance. No surveillance system as it is in other service centers. Finally, the Volkswagen service center at Madras south is a big zero. I don't understand how Volkswagen has given the authorisation to VW Madras south for servicing Volkswagen vehicles. Hope you may understand my concern about the issues that I have mentioned above as I am very much attached to VW cars.
Since 10th October 2020, enough patience has been shown from my side despite all kinds of the ill treatments that I suffered from VW Madras south to resolve the issues. This will be my final communication to Volkswagen and no more communications will be made hereafter. If the raised issues have not settled within the time frame that I have mentioned in the notice, I will straightaway proceed for further action and I will not be responsible for any loss by any means affected you both thereafter. This is for your kind information and immediate necessary action please.

Totally Unsatisfied and Unhappy with Volkswagen service center Umayanalloor, Kollam 691589
On the date (03/08/2018), I took delivery of my Volkswagen Polo GT - Reg No. KL 25 M 420. From that time we were facing so many complaints from the service center. First of all we have asked them for our car roof to be painted black from the showroom before delivery and they didn’t do it. So after the delivery, again we have to give our car...

                  Address: VW KUN MADRAS, ALANDUR

I am writing this complaint after going response less from Kun Madras Alandur.
I had already filed a grievance with VW customer care last Saturday (10th Oct). VW alandur customer service representative contacted me after that and informed me that ABS sensor have very short life and so they can't do anything.
I asked them to send me a mail stating this, which they haven't done till now.

But as per my knowledge, ABS sensors failure at 17k kms is unacceptable and moreover, the sensors failed only after servicing from VW Madras.
When I left the car for service, no MIL was on. But when they delivered the car, ABS MIL was ON.

Even if we consider that the sensors have failed, if the failure has not been detected all the way when I was driving, isn't that violation of OBD rules? Isn't that Beta error, wherein failure has happened and OBD hasn't detected it!? Shouldn't company be worried about the safety of customer if their sensors fail to detect the failure and show it up in the dash?

No answer for the above question was given from service side.
All they did was to suggest me to change all 4 sensors, since other three might also have chance of failing in near future.

Since I bought the car itself trusting VW brand and its customer service, I agreed to their suggestion of changing all 4 sensors and requested them to offer me discount to change all the 4 ABS Sensors.

They informed me that if I replace all 4 sensors, i will get them done for 16k, else each sensor costs 6k, which would make me pay 24k for four sensors, if I replace them separately.

Since I am doing regular check ups and maintenance of car, I requested VW that I will take up 50% of the cost to change all four sensors( which is 8k) and remaining should be borne by company, since sensor failure at only 17k kms is unacceptable and failure to meet the OEM standard.

But they just try to deny my request by saying car is not under warranty.
I suspect something wrong with this approach and all they want is to loot customers money by creating sensor issue and making them replace it saying MIL is ON.

The service executive who undertook my car for service has previously informed me (on 3rd October) that he will order for the sensors stock and inform me within two days time which was 6th October. Till today he hasn't called me regarding that.

I seriously doubt the genuineness of VW MADRAS Alandur, considering whatever experience I have gone through till now. I have gone through so much of pressure both mentally and physically because of this and I am scared to drive my VW car.

Atleast now, I request VW India to intervene in this issue and help me get it resolved as soon as possible.

                  Complaint marked as Resolved
It is not resolved yet. Company has blamed it entirely on the customer saying ABS sensors can fail only at 17k kms. They haven't offered me any concession to change the sensors. I have lost all the trust on VW brand and i will never ever recommend the brand to anyone. Inspite of yearly service, you will end up spending your hard earned money on replacing sub-par sensors every now and then

As u are in touch with problem facing by my Volkswagen Ameo Car number UP78EL0060 ..
Problem that I am facing abs light is continuous coming in meter display.
Which I was not knowing my car was given for bumper paint In September that light was noticed my Volkswagen staff because light can not be noticed..
We were knowing that we having a warranty period of 5 years which was not informed that our car warranty is being lapsed and it is till four years till August 2020.
When light was noticed in ur scanner it is displayed back tyre sensor which was changed by ur service centre but light was still displaying after that they went thru wiring for one day then also nothing was found.
At last there service head told it's 99 percent abs module problem and then he said I will give u in written by placing new abs module light will go..
Then we asked to check we are having 5 year warranty then they said we having 4 years warranty which was not informed me
As we are old Volkswagen user and in my whole circle we suggest for Volkswagen cars in our insurance sector we using this product and our all service related even claim issue are solved In ur authorised service centre. .
This is the blunder problem faced my car that light is not going and abs module is something it should not be changed so soon as our car is just 49000km and all service our done at ur centre and more that 15 days my car was at ur paint booth because there compressor was not working and our warranty which was lapsed was on 21 August.

As we our familiar to Ravinder Singh owner of Volkswagen Kanpur he also knows that we are Volkswagen user and my son is using Audi also but thisboroblem is never faced abs module problem
I just want you to support and in my warranty and change my abs module because as it was lock down time and we can't blame company also that we were not informed as our car went for service also but nothing was found.

This was also found at last when we went for delivery that one yellow light is coming then we asked they said we will scan then they said its just a sensor we will change and charger sensor amount 4800 which is not a problem
Then also light was displaying they took 2 more days then went through wiring nothing was found.

At last they said abs module is main issue they coming to know as I was not taking car delivery also because that problem was not even written in my ro also which is given my service center when we give car

But as we having good terms with company owner as we planning to by troc also but problem which is faced is very shocking that abs module is the thing which is not replaced soon as warranty lapsed was also not informed if we must be knowing light is coming we must have given car before as we were informed we having warranty of 5 years

As ur Volkswagen Gm in Kanpur Sumit Agarwal has also mailed for us that we are existing Volkswagen user and he has also supported while checking this problem as it was also shocking for them he also said it will be 1 Ameo that has problem of module it generally never comes

As well then he also went for same warranty process then he said it is lapsed just 15 days back

So as being Volkswagen customer I want ur support to once again inform service center to go through my light problem and check because as In scanning it is showing LHS sensor but he applied light don't went as sensor was just of 4800 rs that is not a big issue...
But 31800 module is just shocking other problem clutch suspension shockee we also know problem come we have to replace and pay amount but module problem that also withing 4 years and 49000 km and even ur company said its a small problem a wiring fault or sensor problem but at last module problem it's really shocking

So please take action soon I just want ur team to check soon again if once again then can check and apply sensor or check wiring and all that why light is coming...
Because I also don't want Company should change part unnecessary they should check it there is some sensor problem and all I am ready to pay for sensor
But module should be change in warranty because as it was just 15 days passed my car was there at service center for more than 15 days for just bumper paint but nobody noticed that problem
So please support as it will be very difficult to trust Volkswagen again

Address: B U Bhandari Volkswagen Wakad

                        Hi,
I got my Vento MH 15 DM 9369( Diesel @ 128000 kms ) serviced from. B U Bhandari today. I had given the Car for checkup on Friday 9.10.20 and was asked to collect car as per discussion with consultant, basic charges of checking levied which I paid and to my surprise the Gear level did not operate at all. I had dropped the car in working condition 2 days back, as the ABS light shown a warning. Just couple of days back had got serving done from the showroom and spend over Rs 15000 wherein I was given a big replacement list.
During my last visit and today's visit found customers who had got their servicing done recently had come with ABS light On warning problem. Suggest pls conduct Audit as it seems its a well planned issue which is created in the car once, it is submitted for servicing. Everyone is advised to change the Sensor. Ofcourse with ABS( Braking ) very few people would take chances and will promptly come back to the service station after their recent service.
Now coming back to the issue that I suffered, after I raised issue I was told I will have to leave the car and Shutter or Gear Mechanism( whatever they call it ) will have to be replaced may be along with clutchplate. I was earlier given estimate of @Rs 1.25 Lacs with couple of things which I agreed reluctantly with full faith in Volkswagen, but today the consultant called me and told there is problem with engine Turbo and total cost of repairs would be estimated @ Rs 1.75 Lacs. So I then told him to keep the car work on hold, I really don't find the B U Bhandari workshop team competent and suspect unnecessary items being told for replacement. However, since this issue of Gear not getting engaged, I was forced to leave the car. It was @ 7 pm then consultant and mechanic had a cursory look, when I asked for a repalcement car, as I stay @ 14 Kms away, I was refused, had to [protected]@ 1 km along highway to take a rickshaw to my place.
Just pathetic service. The workshop is making money for the dealer by suggesting needless and unwarranted repairs. I have serviced my vehicle there before always had some or the problem, but have no choice. Since, new automobile sales are down esp Volkswagen may be the workshop team is forced to do so by the dealer. I recently made an enquiry with Volkswagen helpline to buy a Automatic POLO GT for daily city use, but will now think of alternatives, as my blind Trust for Volkswagen and it's Product and Service Promise are completely shattered. Plan to sell the car at salvage value that I get and my any Make in India or a Japanese or Korean make car with better service promise.
I may never think of buying a Volkwagen Car or Tiguan my Dream Car... Hope Volkswagen India MD and India Sales Head take a note of it

                          Dear Team,
                          My Car Reg No: KL17R2737
Current Open case at VW : CCR05901775
                          Car is Under Warranty
                          Location: Muvattupuzha
I am writing this to convey my disappointment to the VW team regarding the poor after sale support and material quality. I was a person believed in the quality, after sale support and responsibility of VW in their products but in reality your team showed me VW is same like any other brands.
As you know the key is part of daily usage as the car is So I expect VW will give at most care and quality to the lock and Keys also. In my case, the key got damaged in its third year and 24K KM's itself which is very unfortunate. And it’s very clear that it got damaged due to the poor quality of the alloy (or what material the metal part of the keys are made of) thus I believe I deserve for get key replaced without touching my pockets.

Same time i claimed my insurance and they are approved my maximum eligibility 10K but Service team still same state that the quality issue or not, whatever it is company will not ready to take the responsibility and forcing the customer to pay the remaining. Remember the insurance company has accepted my claim and that shows it’s a clear scenario that it’s not due to any mishandling from my side.

Second thing my headlight having issue moisture content and water droplets are getting inside the headlight
Last time I spoke to one of your service executives and as per him the issue like moisture content and water droplets are getting inside the headlight is common issue of Volkswagen cars and it will clear you turn on the headlight.

First of all as a service advisor he shouldn’t talk irresponsible like this. The head lights should be air tight or air ventilated properly and not designed to allow water clogged inside and clear the mist with the heat generated when we switch ON headlights.it may affect the road visibility and its very danger also.
I always believing in superior quality of VW and unfortunately the reality is very sad
The all 4 tyres got damaged within 2 year and 20K KM's
Battery got Faulty within 2 year
2 ABS Sensor replaced within 2 Year
                          Headlight having issue
                          Key Broken
In all these issues i dint get any support except ABS sensor's case remaining Tyre, battery everything i purchased and headlight, key issues still on same stage
As same as the key issue this is also a clear case of faulty part or poor quality of the vehicle parts so kindly look in to the matter and take the accountability in the both issues and replace the same as VW promising.

I have purchased vw polo from Volkswagen kannur showroom kerala on 2016. Now the vehicle is 4 years old and within this time I have changed 4 ABS sensors. 2 months back I changed one and now another one got damaged. This Volkswagen company is cheating the customers and they are just squeezing money from customers. It's not a matter of 500rs or something. One ABS sensor costs 4000rs. The company is just showcasing their build quality and all and attracting the customers and they are grabbing out money from customers. From now onwards I won't suggest this vehicle to anybody I know. A number of people asked me about this and I told them about this and they changed their minds. I will continue like this. I am not spreading wrong information. I am sharing the experience that I had. SHAME ON YOU VOLKSWAGEN

I own a VW Polo 2017 Model Highline. I had already changed ABS sensor for more than 3 times. It is frequently failing. The reason from VW Maradu Ernakulam service center is that, humidity/climatic condition is the issue. I have an extended warranty, but how many time I have to change the sensor. It is a manufacturing issue I see with every VW and skoda cars. And changing the sensor is a whole day process. In every 6 months, if the sensor starts failing, how it can justified? VW should find a permanent solution for the failure of ABS sensor.

                                Hello,

I had left my Polo for service, it was bieng picked up by a person from volkswagen. When he pivked it up the AC vebts were perfectly fine and was broken badly into pieces when I recieved the car. Naveen Gowda was the person incharge and never gets back to me even if I call.

I have had issues with the AC vents earlier and have repaced it on the last service 1 year ago.
I have hardly driven the car for 2000 kms, how can the vents break.

Is volks wagen using low quality products in cars???

Or you guys have wantedely broken it and given it back.

Ive been facing a lot of such issues feom Apple Auto white field service centre and I am not at all satisfied with their service.

Please look into this ASAP BEFORE I MAKE IT WORST.

                                  Address: Phoenix vw, pavangad ,calucut

I changed my abs sensor after am getting indication but with in a month got another indication for same issue. So i want to check whether it is the same abs sensor or any other. So i called calicut phoenix vw (Kozhikode vw kerala) on aug 2020 and booked they have given me 3rd sep 2020 for service. After that they postponed the date due to non availability of sensor to 28 sep 2020. They could have informed me when atleast one week before this matter. They postponed again for 25 days and when they called me on the day before the service date and told me that you can drop the car but for sensor changing and warranty claiming it will take 3days. Idont understand why three days. I told them i cannot take leave for three days in my company. They stick on that and i was forced to postponed the date for my convenience because they need min three days for this, so this time i choose a friday
So that i can take leave on friday and saturday bcoz one day i can save. Oct 9 was the last date i booked that is tomorrow, now they called me and said their place is under containment zone from 5th oct 2020 onwards so they are closed for one or two weeks, they will call once it is open. She doesn't have time to explain it completely seems like she was busy. I asked her when will you call, or will give the next date once it is open, she was not ready to hear what your valuable customer wants to say and in hurry she said you will get a call suddenly disconnected. What would be the image or feelings of you customers when these types of responses came from an authorised vw showroom.
                                  Now my doubt are
                                  1) is three days really needs to change an abs sensor under warranty.
                                  2) why they are not informing these delays once it is confirmed so that i can go to next district and take the service there.
                                  3) if a customer is waiting for more than 45 days why these people not giving respect or atleast showing so courtesy to hear what they want to hear.
                                  4) please give an answer for this matter at the earliest, because i still believe that vw is a company which they taken care their customers very well.
