All vw owners must read.!!!
I brought a vw polo GT TSI 1.2 litre petrol in 2014.Girl driven car. Very well maintained with upto date car services.
62k km so far. Suddenly one day temperature sensor light comes on my dashboard, because nobody else can open up vw car, i am bound to go to vw workshop, so i send car for checkup.
First of all they say three four parts are affected the coolant sensor, it's wiring and the thermostat and control unit for petrol engine. All this on just one Temperature light that showed up on dashboard.
Towards the end of 2nd day, i am told that they need to replace all these parts would cost me rs. 1, 41, 268. Then they said just three parts can be replaced if you want which will cost Rs.65, 000.
I am also told that it's been more than 6 years now, so your car is old now and can have issues.
Also they say we don't repair anything in workshop everything has to be replaced with a new part!!!
Thoroughly dissappointed with this vw experience.
I am giving it one more try to talk to someone else, if i get any positive reply. Was this information helpful? |
