Volkswagen — Sold a defective car

My name is Kevinn Mariaadas. i bought a volkswagen new polo on 24/12/2014 form vidyut motors Pune. the process of purchasing the car in itself was so irritating as the sales staff didn't know the documents that were required and kept on asking me various document everyday. finally when we got the delivery, the vehicle began emitting black smoke the next day. the company accepted that they sold a defective car and so replaced the engine for which they took a good 1.5 months. meanwhile they used my car for personal use - proof- i found coupons in it and also the seats were stained. in that condition the car was returned. i accepted it in good faith but in April i found the problems recurring with a number of additional problems i.e :-
1.Grey and black irregular smoke emission

2. Sudden acceleration – which led to an accident

3.Inadequate Air condition cooling

4.Gear vibrating

5.Water entering through the door

6. Bluetooth issues

7. Outside odour entering even at internal circulation mode.
8. Constantly falling millage

because of all these problems i surrendered my car to Volkswagen vidyut motors and asked them to check the issue. their technical expert Mr.George also shot a video of the smoke emission, but now its been more than 1.5 months and the only reply they give me is that - "there is no issue with your car and you can take it back". they don't even take the accident i had seriously. the sales team push the buck to the service side, failing to acknowledge that it is also the fault of the sales department as they have sold me a defective car. i do not think anyone in their right senses, even the owner of Volkswagen will accept such a car when he has paid for it.
no body is taking this matter seriously and i only receive communication from them when i call up. this isnt right and i feel so stranded with this purchase of 10 lacks!
