[Resolved] Voltas — ac: customer support team | |||
AC bought just 55 days back is not cooling. Finally technician visited, and now he has informed that the PCB (can we say brain of AC) is faulty and will have to change. It will take 4 days. Why can't it be replaced soon, specially when I need the AC to work urgently? Don't you have multiple service centres? Don't you keep spare parts with your service centres? Why just changing a part will take 4 days? When I tried to call customer care that can this be expedited he blatantly said no. This guy named "Manish Kumar" was so unsure about what he is saying, felt confused between product and product parts and suggested me to get a new product altogether. At the request that I need this to be resolved by tomorrow anyhow and to raise the concern let me highlight the concern to his seniors, he simply kept my phone on hold for eternity. What kind of service are we expecting from Voltas. And my [censored] decision: got the second AC from Voltas just 2 weeks back. I regret trusting the name "TATA" so blindly.
