Date of Faulty Dismantling-31/08/2015 Date of Faulty Installation-31/08/2015. Complaint Nos:, [protected], [protected] & [protected] Even after making numerous number of calls no response from Voltas for rectifying the issue. Problems faced: 1. Cooling Pipe connecting Outdoor and Indoor Unit installed faulty.Water leaking. 2. Foam Covering the cooling pipe torn apart by Voltas Service Engineer while dismantling. 3.No response from Voltas on this issue even after following up for 7 days now. 4.Highly deficient service by voltas customer care team, not giving put proper and full information while registering complaints.
