[Resolved] Voltas — ac free service not done

I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac and has 2nd free service due by 13 april 2019. I have sent a message to on 3rd march for servicing and no one came to do the samr.
When i checked with service centre they created a request and said its resolved in telephone call..
I am now being told to pay for the service.
Why shud i pay when i have requested for the same in the month of march 2019.
This is not correct

Updated by Satish Raj Kumar I called to the service center and was told the seniors will talk and was put on hold for more than 20 mins and no one come back..
