[Resolved] Voltas — AC installation and Service | |||
I am staying in Baner, Pune. I have been calling Voltas customer care for the last 10 days to install our AC as we have shifted to a new flat but till now no action has been taken though whenever we call they say that they are putting this on high priority. We are fixed as this AC is under warranty and dont want any outside company to do it. My complain is that they should clearly tell if they can come or not. can you please schedule AC installation on 15 th April 2017, for SR [protected], it is scheduled on 16th April 2017, but before scheduling
customer care should have called me for convenient time, its your mistake, my convenient time is 15 April 2017, so let me know at what time on 15 April 2017, AC installation will be done, and also want to know how to take AMC Plan, please read email chain.

please find attached invoice for voltas AC.
I want to opt for VOLTAS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). how can I opt for that any online payment procedure please let me know any website. and in user manual, under AMC, it is mentioned, you can expect the following from voltas AMC
voltas -v service stabilizer
so we don't need to purchase stabilizer from outside right
and can you please schedule AC installation on 15th April 2017, instead of 16 march 2017, for SR [protected]
and will be cost of AC Installation, with break up
