[Resolved] Voltas — a.c. not cools | |||
Sir I purchased a split Inverter A.C. 1.5 ton on April 27- 2018 from Tara Electronics Faridabad. Bill no is 086 and amount paid 35500/-. After 10 days of purchasing problem starts in cooling. I complaint to customer care and after 4 visits of Voltas engineers they changed outdoor unit. But same problem again. At that time Voltas engineers told for a separate electric line for a.c. I do the same. But no improvement and problem remain as it is. I call again customer care on 14 June 2018. But till 20th june. nobody comes from Voltas. I also complaint in consumer forum for this. Complaint no is 763824 and my cell no is [protected]. Voltas customer care service also not respond good. Please change this ac or take it back and refund my money.
