கடந்த 1.6.2020 அன்று சென்னை, தி. நகரில் உள்ள ரத்னா கூல்ஸ் நிறுவனத்தில் வோல்டாஸ் 1.5 டன் விண்டோ ஏ.சி வாங்கியுள்ளேன். அதனை 05.06.2020 அன்று வீட்டில் பொறுத்தினார்கள். அதன் பிறகு ஒரு வருடத்தில் இலவச சர்வீஸ் உள்ளது என்று தெரிவித்தார்கள். 11 மாதங்கள் ஆகிவிட்டது இதுவரை சர்வீஸ் செய்ய யாரும் வரவில்லை. வோல்டாஸ் நிறுவன பொருள்கள் வாங்கினால் சர்வீஸ் சிறப்பாக இருக்கும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டதால் அந்த தயாரிப்பை வாங்கியுள்ளேன். ஆனால் சர்வீஸ் திருப்திகரமாக இல்லை.
