I purchased Voltas AC on 12th March 2023. It was installed on 18th March. I found some malfunctioning in one of the ACs. Hence I launched complaint on 20th of March to Voltas Service Center. Today, I received call from Technician and when I told him address, he said that the area in address is not coming under him. I purchased AC from Vijay Sales. I am sure they must have conveyed the details to Voltas. However, Voltas systems are not updated with latest information till now. This is delaying the service. Was this information helpful?
