[Resolved] Voltas — Air condition not working complaint registered 15 days back technician not responding

I have registered a complaint on 10 th of October (id: [protected])as my Tata voltas Air conditioner brought 2 months ago was not working properly. The people from the customer care service told that it will be resolved in 2 days but the technicians are not at all responding and the problem with my AC was not yet responsible. This is very irresponsible and not at at all expected from Voltas service
