[Resolved] Voltas — Air condition not working properly

I bought new ac in april 2016 not working and remote also not working, not swiching on, remote battery draining in hour. From the date of installation am complaining to check but no agency visit or they didnt send any authorised service people. They hve excuse always. If not solved am going to consumer court for sure. I am abroad so why they are not responding
