[Resolved] Voltas — air conditioner: technician left the ac open with massive risk of accident

The model r51m/bgce bought in june 2016
Was leaking a week after installation and had to be repaired. Second
Year also i paid 3000 inr for gas and repair. Now the third year,
Apparently the fan/or some back unit has to be replaced as well for
Total price of 5000. 2 weeks after that, i was told that i was sold a unit with aluminum filter which is not repairable, and now they will replace it with copper.in 2 years costing me inr 7500!
I've paid over 10k for service, repairs and even then it is the most
Disappointing product.

Why does the customer has to suffer when your
Products were being tested with aluminum vs copper.

In 4 week of repair, ac is not working again. There technician left the wires and ac open causing grave danger of accidents! And is asking for inr 1500 again for repairs!

Now In 4 week of repair, ac is not working again. There technician left the wires and ac open causing grave danger of accidents! And is asking for INR 1500 again for repairs! This is after multiple calls to your service center, call center (lasting 30mins as I've put on hold) and still no resolution!

I've paid over INR 12, 000 for service, repairs in 2 years and your service center (contact number [protected]) just kept screaming at me, asking me to talk to call center and banged the phone repeatedly on me. I really don't know how to escalate this any further, how can you repair not even give a guarantee of product working for 2 months!!
