Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (Copper, 183DZZ, White). I am writing this letter to extreme displeasure at the faulty products and high cost of service by Voltas. I have purchased this ac on 17th April 2019 and I have done regular service and gas filling of my product but not able to understand how poor-quality product volta's manufacturing is, that it has got a problem just last year and now this time. Such a poor quality .
I have lodged a complaint Number [protected] at volta's care for low cooling, one engineer has visited my home and there is some low pressure of cooling gas. He was not able to rectify the problem and later he asked to pay me for gas charges. I agreed to fill up the gas by paying high amounts but afterword’s someone from volta’s team called and conveyed that I Have done worked outside, however I haven’t done any work from outside. This is the worst experience in my life where the intentions of voltas to avoid fixing the problems and providing non genuine reasons. After many follow ups nobody is fixing the problem.
Also, the customer care team and local service provider called me and conveyed different things which contradicted itself. I am recording for all calls which can be shared as per request.
Now the question arises what product quality and durability of volta’s ac is. How can we trust such a big brand for such poor quality of product and extremely bad service? This is extremely disappointing
Need your prompt response on this. Since the ac compressor is still under warranty, I would either like to get the product repaired or replaced. Looking forward to an immediate resolution later by today.

I have purchased 2 Voltas ACs Split and Window on 30th Jun 2021, which was now I think my biggest mistake
Please note that i have booked ACs service on 17th March Morning 11.29 am, vide request no is [protected], then i got call from the customer support and they informed that they will try to close the request today itself or latest by 19th March, i said ok no issues.
Then i got below msgs:

I have contacted several times to service center on 19th and 20th as well regarding service but every time they inform person will visit shortly, they keep give false information and due this i couldn't go outside home, waiting for them entore day 19th and today i.e 20th march, amd till the time 8.50pm issue not resolved
Sorry to say It is highly disappointment from Voltas Service, if you can't do this please inform will contact some other Local vendors regarding the same, I also register complaint through customer support vide request no:[protected]
