Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (Copper, 183DZZ, White). I am writing this letter to extreme displeasure at the faulty products and high cost of service by Voltas. I have purchased this ac on 17th April 2019 and I have done regular service and gas filling of my product but not able to understand how poor-quality product volta's manufacturing is, that it has got a problem just last year and now this time. Such a poor quality .

I have lodged a complaint Number [protected] at volta's care for low cooling, one engineer has visited my home and there is some low pressure of cooling gas. He was not able to rectify the problem and later he asked to pay me for gas charges. I agreed to fill up the gas by paying high amounts but afterword’s someone from volta’s team called and conveyed that I Have done worked outside, however I haven’t done any work from outside. This is the worst experience in my life where the intentions of voltas to avoid fixing the problems and providing non genuine reasons. After many follow ups nobody is fixing the problem.

Also, the customer care team and local service provider called me and conveyed different things which contradicted itself. I am recording for all calls which can be shared as per request.

Now the question arises what product quality and durability of volta’s ac is. How can we trust such a big brand for such poor quality of product and extremely bad service? This is extremely disappointing

Need your prompt response on this. Since the ac compressor is still under warranty, I would either like to get the product repaired or replaced. Looking forward to an immediate resolution later by today.

          I have purchased 2 Voltas ACs Split and Window on 30th Jun 2021, which was now I think my biggest mistake

          Please note that i have booked ACs service on 17th March Morning  11.29 am, vide request no is [protected], then i got call from the customer support and they informed that they will try to close the request today itself or latest by 19th March, i said ok no issues. 

          Then i got below msgs:

          I have contacted several times to service center on 19th and 20th as well regarding service but every time they inform person will visit shortly, they keep give false information and due this i couldn't go outside home, waiting for them entore day 19th and today i.e 20th march, amd till the time 8.50pm issue not resolved 

          Sorry to say It is highly disappointment from Voltas Service,   if you can't do this please inform will contact some other Local vendors regarding the same, I also register complaint through customer support vide request no:[protected]

            I purchased voltas beko refrigerator last year..i have complained that cooling is not sufficient to customer care...one person has been allotted for service...but he gives me a call
            ..but never attended home..i am completely fed up in calling them...still my refrigerator is under warranty...no one is attending me to check what's the problem with my refrigerator...please help me in this regard

              Split AC Outdoor unit coil and gas leakage problem.

              I bought voltas 1.2 ton split AC in April 2016.
              It was all working fine.
              Suddenly in April 2021 when I called the team for maintenance they said there is problem in the coil of the outdoor unit and this is causing gas leakage and the AC wont cool enough. I want to know how can there be a problem in the outdoor unit coil when there is no human interference or physical handling..
              Now if I want to repair its costing me around...

                I have purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton Window AC from amazon.in on 16/05/2018 with 5 yrs. comprehensive extended warranty as a special offer going on that perticular time and this extended warranty was registered on voltas web site on 18/05/2018 and submitted successfully.
                I have avail 2 free service and after that due to Covid pandemic no service was available and We didn't take any further services.
                Now I registered my complaint regarding error notice on display and asking for my free service under extended warranty but your authorised service centre is asking for warranty proof which you are not provided although it's registered on your website which I confirmed from your customer care number.
                Please help me to get my warranty card or confirmation through email so I can avail my free service.

                    I was charged 2200 rs for gas filling.filling done 30%.
                    I doubt I was charged more for gas filling.
                    Apart from that 750 rs for service and 210 rs for drain pipe replacement also given.

                      My water dispenser leaks from day 1...every 2-3 months there is a leakage and my room will be filled with water lots of problems from day 1 of buying it..service person comes and just tight the screws and goes..but nothing changes same problem persists..need a replace

                        Please note the subject A/c is used only max 15 days and 8 hours/day.

                                As recommended by the Voltas Executive we bought a stabilizer with the AC, however there is continuous problem in the AC. The customer care is pathetic, they talk rudely and shouts on the customer. They have changed my stabilizer one and compressor once, still the problem persists. Going with the brand name I bought this product but the service is pathetic and will not buy anything ever in future and will suggest everyone the same in my circle. PATHETIC PRODUCT AND SPECIALLY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. My issue has not been resolved. I will file a consumer complaints.

                                  A text message caught my attention a few days back mentioning that " Service has been done 90 days before"... Similar message I received on 16 November. No one was here to do the service of the product (AC) . Why am I receiving such messages?

                                    I have purchased Voltas invertor Split AC in Apr 2018 from Chennai and now I have relocated to Vasco, Goa. I have observed the compressor oil leakage from my outdoor unit and registered my complain to customer care. I did not keep the copy of purchased bill as I was told by shop keeper that Voltas waranty can be claimed since all the product of voltas are registered online and by seeing the serial no of product voltas service center gets all the details and waranty can be covered anywhere in India. Now customer care represntatives are asking purchase bill which I m not having. Request send the suitable represntative and check the purchase date online to provide warantt support.
