Hello, My name is Vansh I Own a small retail store in delhi consider this mail as request So What happened is on 6 May, 2019 I Purchased Chest Freezer 320L From A Retail Store In Delhi it worked fine for 1st year then Last year freezer thermostat stopped working so i called technician he charged 400 rupees for labour and as per company labour charges is free for the first year still i paid then few days ago my Freezer again was not working so I called a technician from Voltas he came and said there is Internal leakage in body, your freezer has 4 year warranty But Internal leakage is not covered first there is no mention in company terms and condition that internal leakage is not covered then he said that you have to replace this fridge you will get new chest freezer but you have to pay 40% amount of that chest freezer first it's been only 2 years o[censored]sing that freezer there is not a single dent on the body i didn't used as per the capacity still it stopped working how cheap quality pipes company uses why should i pay when my product has warranty of 4 years i don't want new freezer repair my freezer company said there is only 1 option pay 40% depreciation amount there is no mention of this amount on any terms and condition i checked all sites readed all terms and conditions i didn't seen any mention that you have to pay 40% amount for replacement of a defective product infact it is in warranty you should replace for free I don't have that much money to pay of the freezer that i didn't even used there is no guarrantee if i pay 40% amount if freezer again stops working because of internal leakage i again have to pay money i can't pay 40% amount either replace freezer for free or repair my current freezer all parts are working there is just small leakage inside body
I'm badly affected I purchased this freezer for approx 19000 and it's just been 2 years and it stopped working i'm suffering from financial crisis because of corona i didn't even earned that much money from this freeze as it is commercial freezer and company is asking for[protected] for replacement even why my freezer is under warranty i'm unable to pay that much money

I have bought new AC and my remote is not working as expected

I am calling service person from 3 months and he is giving false commitments and not showing up.

I’ve purchased a new Voltas 1.5ton Split ac on 23rd July 2021, it got installed on 24th July. The AC was working fine until 25th July afternoon and then when we turned it on in the evening and at night, there was no cool air.

Next day, 26th July, 4 voltas engineers came for inspection and found out the R32 gas leaked from coils near the compressor! It was a manufacturing defect and the machine needs to be replaced. The indoor unit LED panel is also malfunctioning. I’ve not got no answer from Voltas regarding the machine replacement. I’ve paid a hefty amount to use the AC but due to voltas poor quality control I’ve received a faulty unit. I’ve left with a faulty unit in this immense heat.

I have purchased Voltas 1.5ton window AC In July 2020..Ac cooling gone in 10months..pathetic quality..Never expected this kinda quality from Voltas..customer care is not at all helpful..they didn’t resolve my complaint..they talk very rudely..kindly resolve my issue..as I am unable to use my AC

My deep freezer not working 1 month. I am already complain 1 month ago. But my problem is not solve till now.

Sir I am really frustrated with Voltas service, I registered a complaint regarding cooling problem but still now my problem is not solved, service team never contact to me and never pick our call we did complaint many times but no one resolving my registered number is [protected], I want to file a petition regarding this kindly solve my problem and now no option left to me,
Service centre are ignoring us complaint isnt resolved from 3 months, they told coil would be changed but that thing also not changed yet .

Once meachanic came form Volta’s they maintained very well and water stop leakage.
But now again same issue is here and facing problem and office is very dirty

Out door unit PC B fails with in 2 year of puchace and repair cost is Half of the total AC bill amount.

In every 5 minutes the AC closeing again and again

I bought 1.5 ton Voltas Window AC in May 2021. When the installation guy came he told that the exit fan is partially broken and he called the service center guy who told me that don't replace whole AC instead we will replace that part only and now even after two months it is not yet replaced whenever i call they part is on the way or don't pick the call.

Not cooling well.

This is to bring in your notice, that I am Ajay bangotra and my resident address is h.no.87, laxminagar, muthi, jammu.i have purchased air conditioner four year ago.and since than facing problem of water leaking .I had call service center so many time they came but problem remain as it is.i request you to take required step

My voltas AC is not working properly from last two years which has been repaired by Voltas service centre but getting same problem every year again & Again.

Experience very very bad with VOLTAS..!

I have purchased split AC thro Sri MaruthiAircon in 2018. Complete waterwash service was done on 9-May-21 for water leakage issue. Amount of 1500/- paid for the service. The issue reoccurred very next day. I am making calls to them almost everyday, but they are reluctant to come and fix the issue. Never expected such a worst support from TATA's authorized service partner.

Got so much problem in voltas inverter ac, 1.5 ton.
Two month ago I got tha same problem. Voltas technitian came and told that gas is leaque. They sort it out

Again I faced the same problem. I purchased it on 25/05/2020

Very bad experience.

AC's cooling is not sufficient.
