Technician was totally unskilled and unmannered. We had a wet window AC service due and we registered a service call in Muzaffarnagar UP. While the service he damaged the ac from the back and sides due to his urgency for any other call. Who is the responsible for that damage ? I need my ac to be replaced. He took only 10 mins him to do the wet service. He even throw the water on electricity socket with his faucet and now its not working. Who the hell is supposed to pay for that. I need my electricity socket and when asked he said that they are not supposed to clean. He throw the dirty water allover the curtains.

I can say i am totally unsatisfied.. he was really battmizz technician and full of attitude illiterate one.
Please let me know what is the solution for this.

      I raised an issue regarding service for my inverter ac but it has been more 48 hrs and I haven't receive any info from voltas. Worst customer service I ever came across. I should have stick to a Japanese or Korean brand. From now I will never ever purchase a voltas product.

        Servicing to my Voltas 1.5 ton split AC was carried out on third June. However ever since the servicing the AC is producing unprecedented noise and throws water in the room equal to a bucketOf 20 L capacity overnight. Numerous attempts to reach the person who serviced the AC has not yielded any results. Please arrange to send the mechanic immediately as the

                I brought one split AC 1.50 tonne from Voltas company in April-2021. I have been using Voltas AC brand for the last 15 years.
                But this time I am very sorry to say that in one n half months time, it's PCV damaged as informed by Voltas service engineer.
                Today he said it may take 7days time to get it replaced. It will be difficult for us to sleep comfortably without AC.
                You are requested to resolve the issue in a day or two.

                    Hi Team,

                    I bought the above AC on 16th April 2021 and barely 2 weeks old, it started leaking gas which was repaired upon my request. Now, it's been not even 2 months, it's not cooling enough again and it seems to be the similar problem. Please note that I bought this AC(code 8415/Invoice# JF-63)from Neha Electronics at 1, A K Plaza, Jagat Farms, Greater Noida(UP) and upon unpacking there was no copper kit in it, the dealer provided the kit when complained for which I had to visit the showroom again, an old copper kit was given which also did not fit. Hence, we had to replace the kit again. I am 100% sure that there's something wrong with the AC as the internal unit also creates noise.

                    Request intervention of senior executives to have my AC replaced, I did not pay for a malfunctioning product nor I am looking for a repair. Kindly REPLACE or REFUND my money, or else be ready for a legal suit.

                    Attention: My calls are being unanswered by the dealer and despite my complaint, no one has visited yet. The assigned technician doesn't answer calls either, this is insane, I regret buying this AC, please DO NOT buy Voltas - they enjoy torturing their consumers and their dealers, technicians, and other staff speak as if they're doing a favor.

                          First of all my installation was delayed by 6 days where the technician refused to attend me for a long time and kept ignoring my calls. Later I sent a complaint regarding him for not attending my installation request. But later I was assigned the same technician for the installation. The AC Installation work got finally done by him and the he gave a word that there wouldn’t be any leakage. But it has started leaking and the AC has started throwing water inside the house. I again called the Service Centre to provide another technician for this problem. The new technician came and had to uproot the entire wooden pelmet work behind the AC and found that the work done by the previous installation technician was faulty because of which the wooden pelmet has become wet and the entire work of pelmet and the painting has to be redone. I’m attaching the quotation given by my interior designer to get the entire work done. I am not going to bear the charges of this repair work. Please get it refunded or else I might have to escalate the matter to a higher level. I’m sick and tired of this service given to me by the company. Looking forward to a prompt response.

                            I have purchased voltas ac on 6march 2021 . The person who came for installation was having no knowledge and has incorrectly installed it. After 1.5 month it started leaking from inner part of ac because of this my bed is getting wet.
                            I have complained regarding this and the repairing team arived at my end. They had just done tapping and told that installation was not done properly. Second day it again started leaking.

                            I again raised complaint and again same team came and they were so hardly pressing the ac because of which it has completely stopped cooling and they were so rude in talking.
                            I again complained regarding this and today installation team came and they brought the ac down and repaired it and again fitted . But now ac is not cooling at all. Team is present here and they are saying that we can't do anything. Why voltas is harassing customer.

                              I purchased 02 Voltas Window a/c in July 2017 and early 2018. In the initial start everything was fine and I was happy with my purchase. The very next season when the summers came, there was some leakage and needs to fix, refill the gas. Same thing happend in the following season. In just 3 seasons, one of the a/c is looking like 25 years old scrap (photos attached herewith).

                              Few days ago, we called Voltas CC to get it repair again. Two technicians came and told us that one of the a/c has leakage from 9 different points and also coils are damaged badly. They were advising us not to spend 2.5K on repair and give a/c to ragman (kabari).

                              I don't think Voltas is making a/c just for 3-4 season as my other a/c (purchased just after first one) is working fine. It looks like dealer (Alam Electronics, Abul Fazal Enclave, Jamia Nagar) sold me defected piece.

                              Shall I go to consume court or Voltas team will take any action on that?

                              Mr. Ravi Sethi (ASM Voltas, Delhi Branch) issued a warranty Extension letter on email with coverage from 23 June 2021 to 22 June 2022 and will repair everything free of cost for this period.

                                Exorbitant charges quoted for AC INSTALLATION in Kolkata

                                Hi,
                                I had purchased a split VOLTAS AC 1ton from tata cliq and the installation request has been raised automatically. As per the service request nos : [protected] and [protected] the local Voltas service team called me and came to my place for installation today. They have quoted a whooping total of around Rs 5, 600 including all services and parts required. When asked about the breakup, it was very clear that they are overcharging for every material which was not even required and added a service charge for each item.This is disgusting when you cheat your customers.
                                This is something that was not expected from Voltas. These people are just looting money in the name of service.Even the attitude of the person was not appreciable
                                at all.

                                I have two other split ac's installed in my flat of different brands and the total installation cost including accessories from the brand authorized partner never crossed Rs 2000. My flat is on the 1st floor.
                                I have asked them to refrain from installing the ac and wanted to connect with Voltas customer care. Calling the customer care also didn't help at all.
                                Please help me on this issue by providing a better service agency to cater my installation request. Or I have my own experienced service professional who can get the AC installed within Rs 1500 with the required accessories.

                                A resolution is expected asap.This is my first experience with Voltas and so far its poor.
