Hi,
I register a service request in 15 may 2020 and complain no [protected]. Next day technician come but not resolved issue and same day he is said that ac working properly but that issue is made continue and again we request a complain again in 18 may complain no [protected] but at that time issued is not resolved. I call to technician he talked me rudely pls resolved this issue.

This is to inform that i raised a complaint in 2 months back till now i didn't get any resolution nd u people r giving fake statements...
What type of worst service is giving voltas now a days 2 days back you scheduled a service tdy the service agent called me nd he is asking that min service charge 500 i hv to pay to him.. Then i said my warranty is extended upto 31may bt there nt accepting that nd they are saying that v vl cm after...

I have purchases new voltas window ac 1.5 ton in last[protected]Bill no. Is nr/19-20/503), but it's not work (Cooling) properly in this time. I will call customer care number many time but not any responses. So i aspect your work better than last call.

I purchased voltas split air conditioner of 1.5 ton with serial number 4512554d19fb25184 on september 2nd 2019 from sonovision dealer, vijayawada, patamata, andhra pradesh. We haven't installed the ac yet. From past two weeks we are contacting the ac technician, but he did not come to install the ac. And i am trying to contact voltas company service numbers but no one is answering my call. I need urgent installation of the air conditioner. So i request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

I purchased two voltas window air conditioners one in 2018 and one in 2017 both the ac started leaking gas after just months of buying, i asked why this is happening with new products they say because of delhi pollutants but while buying they say nothing about this problem, during 1st year repairs were free of cost but after that it gets really expensive sometimes coil get damaged, sometimes gas has leaked and that too in new air conditioners, never expected this from a brand like voltas which has a parent brand like tata which is know for quality products worldwide. I bought a local ac in year 2000 and it was still working flawless only issue was high power consumption, that ac never needed any repair just service once a year, really really disappointed with voltas

Non working of cooling

I bought my voltas ac 1.5 ton 3 star almost a year ago. Now it's warranty period going to expire in a week. Within few weeks of installation entire has leaked out. I complaint and after so many delays and several complaints gas was refilled. Again after 1 month gas again leaked out. Again i faced same hardships. And subsequently third time it leaked..

After that winter season appeared and we didn't used our ac. Then recently when we started using little cooling problem was there. And warranty was going to expire so we called for servicing. After service guy came he told more than 60% gas has been leaked.

Now my concern is if this condition continues i will end up paying more than 10k for gas refill every year bcoz of the defective piece delivered to me by voltas..

I genuinely request for the solution..

Ac is not working properly, results are very low i’ll file a complaint about your company no one is giving responses either send your worker as soon as possible

Please note that i purchased a air cooler in march 2020 and from very next day of our purchase the air cooler starts leaking the water and we filed a complaint in kerala. Voltas service center sent a technician and he came and said that it will not get fixed and this needs to get replaced. Since march we are chasing the voltas service centre in kerala and still they did not fixed the issue or they have not replaced the cooler yet. Everyday we are calling the service center and the reply is today the technician will come, but it has not happened. I don't know when that "today" will come. I am very much disappointed and sorry to say that the you have got such kind of irresponsible staffs. There is not even the lock down in the city and still they can't solve this issue.

My only requirement is to solve this issue as early as possible or needs to get replaced with the new one or refund the amount that i paid. I hope that you will consider this request as urgent and make it happen.

I also recommend you to give some kind of training to your staffs, because the punctuality and sincerity is very much required in this kind of business.

Please consider my request as high priority.

Voltas spilt ac 5 star rating showing error e5 issue from 18th may, which needs to be resolved immediately.

The same bought from amazon india in the month april17.

Myself gokul raj i own a voltas r410 split ac 1.5 ton inverter ac.
Recently i have noticed my ac is not working properly and not cooling at all and noise is coming from the ac. Its been 1 year since the ac was purchased and voltas promised me for 5 years warranty for both indoor and outdoor unit.
Now i have contacted voltas authorized service center for the issue and they have sent me a technician and he came to my home and told me to pay 700 and i was claiming that ac needs to be taken to service center and he will do the service in his place only.ac service or any kinds of repairs most of the company will do in customer place only but voltas is telling that they need to uninstall the product from my home and needs to taken to service centre.

I want voltas to fix this issue in my home if they cannot do service in my home, voltas want to provide me fresh unit of the ac as replacement.

I will never ever pay even single paise for any service as its under warranty for next 4 years.

If my issue is not resolved immediately i will take this issue to all social medias and consumer court.
So voltas have to face all the consequences.

I had refilled my air condition in the month of july-2019.
I have already complaint you regarding the issue of gas leakage previously.
After various communication you provide me a technician and he refilled the gas cylinder of my ac (Chargeable) with promise not to leak the cylinder and no need to refill every year.
But problem remain same as it was in the year of 2019 (Previous year).
Now suggest/tell me what i to do?
Voltas is reputed ac company.
But your service is not satisfactory.
Please send your technician with order to resolve the problem permanently otherwise take away the ac from my house to end my headache.

I registered a complaint regarding water leakage in ac
my ac is under warranty and technician visited but not able to resolve that issue

I have communicated a sales man of the said branch on 09/05/2020 and complained him about malfunctioning of cooling system of our ac machine. But he tried to avoid it. Rather he argued and pointed out warranty period of the said machine. Immediately i sent him the warranty extension notice of voltas company up to 31/05/2020 through my whatsapp. But till now he do not come to my house or communicate in anyway. I also send you a photocopy of tax invoice of the said machine.
Under this circumstances i request you to look into the matter and to resolve the cooling problem as soon as possible.
