AC is not working and temp displaying LIGHT is also not showing any thing. Remote is working...

The split ac was not cooling so we called the mechanic for cleaning and they told that their is a leakage in the ac and the gas needs to refill, but they were some random mechanic so they are asking around[protected] for gas refilling. Can you just confirm if the gas refilling amount is okay and we are good to go with them? Or let me know how actual amount company service centers cost for the same so that we wait for your reopening...

I have purchased voltas window ac. It has repeated cooling problem.in third year of purchasing ac had to fill up gas. Now in fourth year again it has gas problem. I have already purchased warranty and amc of this product, which cost was rs. 1800 per year. Here you can imaging i am paying gas filling price every year from my pocket. Voltas ac is very bad product.ac has to be replaced. Please help.

I bought 1.5 tonne Voltas split AC somewhere in 2016. Since then, this AC has never worked . We also called the Voltas engineer, the issue got resolved, but few days later, the same issue started to come again.

The AC would initially start up nicely, but after 10 minutes, it would go on DF mode, which I googled, appears to be defrost mode, and once it goes on that mode, it stops working.

I would want the concerned...

The AC is not working properly, cooling is not happening....

Already complain has be filled no action taken. From last 2 yr we are facing prblm o[censored]5, HC error. Staff is not trained properly pls take action by 21/4/20 under the guidance of pm's latest reference to provide electric repair after 20/4/20

I am selva kamatchi from tirupur, tamil nadu. I have purchased voltas ac i year back on 09.03.2019 and now after an year it is not working and shows e5 error. Within one year how will this happen and it reduces the trust in your brand. We called up for service and they came yesterday and till now the problem is not fixed. Me and my family is badly disappointed due to this. I need a replacement for this......

I have voltas vertos elite 4501089/2008 model. The indoor unit blower needs to be changed. However i cannot find the specification of the blower . Please help!...

Last year I purchased a 1.5 tone split AC since from the installation of the AC, it is not cooling properly we have made complaints many times, mechanic reached but the same problem continues till now ...

My voltas freezer is not working for cooling issue Only....

I have purchased a 1.5 ton split ac recently but it even after running for 2 hrs not able to cool room properly
And even remote sensors are not working properly

I, ajay bhatnagar, purchased split ac unit purchased on 23rd apr 2019) of voltas make from m/s vijay sales, gurgaon - invoice copy attached). Said unit is still not functioning and not serving the intended purpose for the purchase.

Case history

A week after installation of above split ac, we noticed issues like water dripping from the unit and ice formation inside the split unit. The water drippings affected...

Not cooling properly, showing 04 error...

I have the same problem in my voltas inverter 1.5 ton ac. After 5 minuets of starting the ac the error comes and blink 5-6 time pc 04 and ac restart again and its cooling also low when you compare to its first start.

I am very disappointed with this issue. I need you to sort this out this issue today. Send me your expert technician who know how to resolve pc 04 issue...

Last year i have purchased an ac and its not working. Actually its gas is leaked. Now i am confused as it is in warranty and guaranty. So, now due to covid 19 company is not being able to repair it and not picking call. So should i get it repaired by an outsider and still its warranty and guaranty will continue or get void after the end of covid 19....
