I have communicated a sales man of the said branch on 09/05/2020 and complained him about malfunctioning of cooling system of our ac machine. But he tried to avoid it. Rather he argued and pointed out warranty period of the said machine. Immediately i sent him the warranty extension notice of voltas company up to 31/05/2020 through my whatsapp. But till now he do not come to my house or communicate in anyway. I also send you a photocopy of tax invoice of the said machine.
Under this circumstances i request you to look into the matter and to resolve the cooling problem as soon as possible.
