I bought an ac in mid of April.
With new ac the technician who came to install charged RS 1000 to do the install.
After few weeks it stopped working
After complaints and constant calling to service centre, rude behaviour of service centre representative Dalbir Singh (Kharar )
It got picked up.
In august again it stopped working when I registered complaint
Next day a technician came and told he will get it picked by the end of the day and asked for service message that came.
He took screenshot of that and even without providing resolution he closed the case
Next day after calling n no. Of times to service centre I called customer service and came to know that case was closed
So I again asked customer care representative to open case and reassign service centre and gave me number of some regional manager
After meddling with him for 2-3 days finally he assigned new service centre and when new technician came he said they have to order some part and it will take 7-10 days to get that part which needs to replaced.
That’s the service of Indian number 1 ac company.
When I called the customer service again
They told me only service centre can tell when will part arrive
Service centre guy didn’t tell and said customer service will tell,
It’s been 3-5 months since I bought this ac
And second time it will get repaired
And whenever I have to get it fixed I have go through all this ?
What part takes 7-10 days to arrive?
Poor product and bad customer service and support of the product
