Sir hum 10/07/2022 ko voltas beko double door fridge 251 lt.ka liye.but 6 din ke bad hi fridge ka niche ka campartment me cooling system kaam karna band kar diya service centre ko complain kiye wo aakar fridge le gaye aur do din rakhne ke baad bole ke gas ka problem the thik kar diye aur fridge Ghar bhej diye but next day fridge ka left side me bahut Jayda hit hone laga aur niche se water bhi girne laga fir service centre me complain kiye fir se fridge le gaye fir 2 dinke baad bole thik ho gaya hai but gher me lane ke baad hit hona aur water ka problem to thik ho gaya but niche Wale compartment ka cooling system kaam nahi kar raha hai. Kal yani 26 /07/2022 ko fir service centre phone kiye to koi Sanjay jo Bokaro me as a manager hhai aur unke sath koi mech.aye the unlogen ne bhi test karke dekh aur bole ke cooling nahi ho raha hai so is fridge ko replacement me Dena hoga. But abhi tak na kisi ka phone aaya na hi koi fridge ke bare me pucha. Aaj fridge kharide huwe 17 din huwa hai aur itne dino me naye fridge 2 baar service centre chala Gaye fir bhi kaam nahi huwa ek Navin Kumar Singh jo jamshedpur me hai pichle baar fridge khrab hone par baat huwi the o bole the is baar repair Karo ligiye next baar problam hone se fridge replace kar denge lekin wo bhi phone nahi receive kar rahe hai.
Hum Janna chahte hai ki Kiya voltas ab fraud karne laga hai.ager nahi to fir replacement kiyo nahi karte hai na court jaana padega.bahut bed condition hai tata volts product ka

    Bought Voltas Beko RBM365DXPCF 340 litre refrigerator on 15th July, 2022.
    Dealer: Janta Home Solutions

    Price: 34000 INR

    After powering up on 16th of July, 2022 it was giving electric shock from whereever we were touching. It's deadly for small kid in the house.
    Not expected from new product on first switching itself.
    Now it has been switched off and kept isolated. Wish Voltas to replace the same otherwise I may have to give it back to the dealer. I don't want to keep this in house as I have some bad experience with electric shock.
    If company does not replace it then, just take it back. It's a free gift to voltas from my behalf.
    After all it's a matter of life and death.

          The dryer section of my washing machine is not working, I lodged complaint about this on voltas Beko customer service. My complaint was registered. After 2-3 day I got a message from voltas that my complaint was cancel because the engineer visited my address and I failed to provide purchase proof. But in reality no engineer has reached to me. I tried again but no satisfactory response was shown.
          My product is in warranty period, the company is liable to provide 2 year warranty

                  I have old parents at home and they need refrigerator food and cool water in this hot summer. I purchased a bottom mount, double door refrigerator in October 2020. The upper portion is not cooling and I lodge a complaint on 05.05.2022. After repeated reminders, one engineer turned up on 10.05.2022 and expressed the issue is due to reduction in gas levels and that he would be informing the office to send someone in 2 days. I continued calling the customer care ever since and yesterday, after I demanded for immediate service, another engineer called and said that the problem may not be gas levels and he would visit today, 17.05.2022 without fail. I waited until EOD and called him why he did not visit yet. He requested me to remind me tomorrow about the pending service. Are these acceptable service standards? Sweet talk, apologies, and false assurances by call center executives is adding salt to the wounds.

                        I am complaining about my refrigerator.

                        Sir, I have purchase a new Voltas double door refrigerator in 05.03.2021 which is not working properly ever after many time of complain to Voltas service centre although complain was attended yet still not functioning and cooling properly and at present has stopped working.
                        It is therefore requested that this defective piece may please be exchanged and fresh provided to satisfy the customer. May refrigerator was under warranty....

                        I have called and mailed customer care multiple times and when I have asked them to send a Technician. And they have provided his mobile number but the technician is busy and delaying everyday.

                            Had purchased the dishwasher almost 1.5 years back... First few months it worked fine but post that 1/3 times, the utensils don't get cleaned or are left with white stains which cannot be used.. Didn't get solved even after servicing... Want to get it resolved asap

                              Hello..
                              It is brought to your notice that I bought a Voltas Beko fridge of 340 Liters from your Bajaj Electronics shop on 4th June'21 for Rs.33, 000/-.

                              The piece is on a two-year warranty. It was delivered to my residence on 5th June 2022, and your representative familiarized me with its settings and operations.

                              On 04th April 2022, it was observed that there was a cooling issue & water started dripping from the fridge continuously. Post which I reached on your Voltas Beko Customer Care number & explained the problem. Your technician came home & informed us that there is a PCB board issue & compressor is fine. He told me will place an order for the spare & will replace it in 3-4 days. No one turned up & again called up the customer care & gave the local service center number. When I called him he said it would take another 1 week. Now after escalating to Voltas Beko call center, they assured it will be closed by 14th Apr'22. After repeated follow ups the engineer came on 16th Apr'22 & told that there is a compressor issue. Now it's almost 2-3 weeks gone & now new timeline for compressor ordering & replacement.

                              I have tried reaching your service-staff/customer care for the past 1-2 week to 10 days with no response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, I request you to replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest.
