In last 2 months faced water drainage issue twice!!
Last time the engineer which visited said the issue is resolved, n now again the same issue.
Engineers are so unskilled that they are not able to resolve the issue at one go.
I m really fed-up of calling call center for the same.
Bad Quality Product, Very poor n pathetic after sales customer service.
Voltas Beko washing machine 7.0 WTT70DT is having issues since the purchase of the product but your engineers are very smart in fooling customers in which they are expert.
Need replacement of the product.

I complaint on 3rd August for my Washing machine but still not attend even after 21 days crossed.

No cooling

Service center person came checked throuly but not repaired.

We booked Voltas Beko DT8B free standing 8 place XI8B1PE dish washer through flipkart on 15.06.2021. Machine Serial No 1400010A20H003678.

The dish washer was delivered very fast on 18.06.2021.

It was commission on 21.06.2021.

Just after 10 days when our return window closed the machine stopped working. we lodged complaint in voltas beko customer care [protected] dated 06.07.2021 and [protected] dated 07.07.2021.

One technician visited and informed that some parts is faulty and needs to be replaced under warranty but till today the machine has not been rectified.

We have contacted the voltas beko customer care many times but they always say that required parts has not been received.

Due to above delay we are being cheated by the voltas beko company.
The product is with 2 years warranty and approx 1 month lost without getting the service.

It is the question that when whole product can be delivered with 3 to 4 days then why can't small spares be delivered and machine could be rectified within 3 to 4 days?

We demand to return the product back with full amount return to us with compensation for the trouble we faced during the past 1 month in the much needed time of COVID period.

Very poor customer service 2monts before I'm complained washing machine not working Voltas service man tell switch board problem so give one-week time he said but more then 55days still not proper response so many time I complained official mail-id and call customer care butt waste of time worst experience 😠

Voltas spilit ac purchased on 02/07/2021.Against invoice no.S-320 from shristhi enterprises 2020-21hardev puri shahdara delhi 110093. (invoice attached) and installed by national refrigeration co.Engineers installed dated 11/07/2021. But this is not working and not cooling.
Frist visit of his technical team on 13/07/2021 against my registered complaint number [protected] on 11/07/2021 it was checked the over all ac and compressor and replied that ac gas is very low.
His technical team filled the full gas on 13/07/2021 but problem not solved .
As per my second registered complaint number [protected] dated 13.07.2021 his technical team came to solve the problem and after checked long time of ac and final remarks given that it is manufactural problem and they advised to replace the full ac.
After second complaint we are regular requested to firm and his authorized dealer to replace the ac but not
response given by firm and his dealer.
I am facing many trouble physical and mental problem please register my complaint against voltas ac company and his authorized agent.

Tata voltas beko 8kg front load washing machine

Not working since week, but motor sound can hear after switching it on.

Its soak drum is not working, i purchased this machine 1 year before, your company gave 5 years guaranty and warranty on both motors

I have purchased voltas beko bottom mount refrigerator on march 2021 model RBM365DXBCF 3months ago Food and vegetables are getting sploiled in merely 2days, i have raised a complaint regarding this on 4 times, all the four technocians that came for vist recommended to set temperature 1 visit recommended to set 4degrees, 2nd visit technicians recommended 5 degree set temp on ref compartment, 3rd visit. Recommended 6 degree for ref compartment, 4th visit technicians reset the pcb to factory settings and told me i should maintain set temperature of 8 degrees, till now no one address and fixed the spoilage issue of vegetables and fruit, We are completely disappointed with the service of refrigerator Voltas beko, all our preserved food/groceries is getting spoiled in 2days,
Now the issue still persists and we wasted our time by calling customer care/technicians, need to escalate to high level as there are any good technical expertise who can analyse issue correctly and give proper resolution?
If we are not happy with the resolution why your team forcing us to share secret code?

Please get my issue rectified asap, its already delayed and unable to preserve food/groceries.

I ordered voltas dishwasher via amazon, it was delivered on 8th jun but the installation is not being done even after a week.

I have called multiple times to service number, they schedule the installation but nobody has come till date and no response when I try to reach 'Moon star AC' number: [protected]

I bought Voltas beko refrigerator from Vijay sales which is really pathetic and its not working every month I have to give a complaint regarding this and these people are not even taking care of it I have even have asked them to replace the fridge but they are not even taking any action against that have already given many complaints to the company but they are not taking my complaint as well now when I call them for the technician visit due to the issues even at technicians are not coming to see my fridge.

I have lodge a complaint my SR no [protected] and engineer visit and checked the refrigerator and said it's PCB gone. I several times contacted service franchise no 150000 and customer care but since 15 days there is nothing has been done.

The washing machine has so many problems in the first month of purchasing.. 5 to 6 times I request plz change the machine but no one solve the problem.
