I bought your Voltas Beko 8kg top load washing machine in Sept'22 last year. Now some plastic parts are broken so I requested the service call. I received the estimate from your service partner in which the part is merely of Rs. 60/- & for the same you are levying the labor cost of Rs. 590/-. Isn't it inappropriate? Isn't it shameful to loot your customer by levying so much heavy labour cost for the part which is not actually that much costly. Also, the washing machine is still in warranty then also your service partner is demanding labour cost. What is the use of buying such costly things when for these types of small things I have to pay hefty service charges that too under warranty.
I also requested your service partner to sell me the required part as I am ready to pay the amount of that whatever it may be & I'll service my machine from any other engineer outside. He says the company's royalty is involved in service charges.
