Voltas Beko — Dishwasher not working and service center manager keep delaying

I have placed Voltas Beko 8 plate dishwasher on 20-Nov-2020. It stopes working in January 2022. First complaint logged on 1st feb -2022. Technician has visited and identified the root cause. Technician has suggested for some part change, After following up for 7 days with Technician and Manager when no solution provided for my dishwasher, I have connected to customer care again and asked to customer care person to update me on the pending part which Technician has mentioned on his visit, Customer care person rather than updated for pending part item has raised a new request on 7th Feb.
Now again calling same Service center Manager for pending part and came to know since he don't have the machine serial number he has not raised the request for new part for past 7 days. Imaging how as customer i would feel when on daily basis people are updating that part will come in one or 2 days and they will resolve the issue soon.

After having a discussion with Manager, i told him to check in system with registered mobile number if he can get machine serial number from there. Finally Manager get the machine serial number.

Now Manager updated I will raise a request for your part. When no response come after 1 or 2 days we again contacted the manager to check if the part has arrived.
After n number of delays he has mentioned that we are not getting new part so He is trying to take out the part from some damaged machine in warehouse. Now immediate question coming in our mind as a customer if he taking out the part from the machine that is not working, how long it will work in machine.

Despite of having this question in our mind, we didn't say anything and finally one person came today that is on 18th Feb with some part.
He some how start the machine and went, After that he keep calling me for the code to be shared for satisfaction or dissatisfaction, When i was telling him the code for satisfaction, he asked me to share the complete message with him, may be he is having the doubt that i am sharing the code for satisfacttion or dissatosfaction. I share the whole screeshot trusting him.

After one run when i started the machine it again went in same condition that it was initially, it was not starting.
I have called customer care again and asked for resolution, Salman from customer care again redirected me to same service center manager and updated that the Technician will revisit again at 4 om Ist, No one come till now,

I am requesting please have a look at this complaint, There are many points included what needs to be corrected at customer care end or service center side so that customer satisfaction will increase for Voltas product, I can buy another product if problem won't addressed but i will definately not recommend to but Voltas product to anyone which I have done last year to many people after having the product.

Person who has come for demo and installation has updated the product on someone else name in system, also Technician updated that nothing is showing in system that demo has given for this product

Purchased voltas beko dishwasher on 18/09/2020 from km electronics vasundhra ghaziabad giving error e4. M/c pump and motor covered guarantee for 5 years . Why then i am being asked to pay. Want to speak at senior level to sort out the issue.
