The whole of Nov _Dec 21 the tabletop dishwasher has not been working properly. Error notification E4 would prop up. The technician replaced the pump. Still the dishwasher was not working. Then they said new pump needs to be fitted and it is not available. I registered a fresh complaint with the helpline on 24 Dec 21. On 1 Jan 22 the helpline assured me that by 5 Jan 22 someone fm the service center would contact me and get issue sorted out. I have talked again to the helpline on 5 Jan 22 and registered complaint on twitter on 5 Jan 22 via email, still am awaiting a call back.
It is indeed perplexing how a premium company fm the house of Tatas have such poor back end logistics chain management for after sales service of products.
would indeed be grateful if someone fm the service center contacts me and repairs the dishwasher
