Voltas — CBU Code is Different indoor and outdoor

We purchased this voltas 1.5 ton 3 star inverter AC. The problem which we are facing is that the cbu codes of the indoor and outdoor units are different. We complaint about this to voltas service center several times but could not get any help. They said contact your dealer as it's all his fault. The dealer on the other side is denying to give any coperation and help. We are unable to figure out what to do in this situation. Please help us out ASAP.
