Dear Voltas!
Last year I purchased one of Voltas costlier inverter type 5 star 1.5 ton Split AC on 19th June 2021 through Amazon at a cost of Rs 39, 499/- . l registered a complaint no .[protected] on 8th June 2022 as my AC automatically goes ON and OFF frequently without giving a command by Remote. Temp also got changed automatically. Your technician came on 10th June but he was not able to rectify the problem. He told he has not seen such problem before but he will come on 11th but he didn't come and always I receive the message that your complaint has been cancelled because the customer is not responding whereas I did not receive any call from any person regarding attending the complaint then after immediately i called to customer care they told they are reopening the complaint no. [protected] on priority basis technician will attend the complaint within 24 hrs then again i received the same message of cancellation of complaint. It is very shameful that even with a repeated reminder in the peak hot weather of Kanpur it has not been solved yet. if the product is under warranty it should be the company's responsibility to to give satisfactory services to the customer .
In view of above i understand that your product life is not more than 11 months.
