Voltas — Complaint Against Voltas for Supplying Faulty Window AC and Non-Resolution of Complaint

I purchased a Voltas Window Air Conditioner from Flipkart, which was delivered on 14 May 2026. The product was found to be faulty immediately after installation/use.

I raised a complaint with Voltas Customer Care on 19 May 2026, but despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any proper support, resolution, technician visit, or replacement from the company.

• Nature of Issue: Faulty product received / AC not functioning properly from the beginning

The delay and lack of response from Voltas are causing significant inconvenience and harassment. I request the concerned authority to intervene and direct the company to resolve the matter immediately.
