Complaint letter for product and poor service

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of volta's ac. (S) 1.5t. Sac183vs252 inverter cool. I am writing this letter to extreme displeasure at the faulty products and high cost of service by voltas. I have purchased this ac last year 11/07/2018 and i have done regular service and gas filling of my product but not able to understand how poor quality product volta's is manufacturing, that it has got problem just last year and now this time. Such a poor quality of voltasa/c.
I have lodged a complaint no [protected];[protected];[protected], at volta's care for low cooling, one engineer (Princ) has visited my home and diagnosed there is some low pressure of cooling gas. He is not able rectify the problem and transferred this case to another engineer after filling gas for next day visit. After many follow ups with mr. Shajid another engineer visited my home on next day.
Now here question arises that what is product quality and durability of volta's ac that its cooper cooling is started leakage just after few months of purchase. How can we trust such big brand for such poor quality quality of product. This is really disappointing

I am writing to escalate an ongoing issue with our Voltas AC having serial number 4552518A19DA91694 that we have been experiencing.
Despite having the unit serviced and the gas refilled just three months ago, the cooling has ceased to function properly. Our initial service request was attended to and the gas was refilled, for which we were charged accordingly.
Attached is an invoice for your kind consideration.
However, we are now facing the same cooling issue again and have been informed by your service team that another gas refill is required, which we are expected to pay for. Given the recent servicing and refill, it is unacceptable that we should be facing the same problem so soon and be expected to incur additional charges.
This situation suggests a potential underlying issue with the AC unit that was not addressed during the initial service, or possibly a quality issue with the gas refill performed. We rely on Voltas for its reputation of high-quality products and services, and this current experience is not in alignment with those standards.
We request an urgent re-evaluation of our AC unit and a resolution to the cooling problem without any additional charges. Your immediate attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated, as the summer heat is making this situation quite unbearable.
Please treat this as a high-priority issue and respond at the earliest convenience.
