[Resolved] Voltas — Complaint not attended | |||
My name is Jones Praveen.S. I own 1.5 Ton voltas AC. I have registered a complaint with voltas on[protected] and the complaint number is [protected] and it was not attended till[protected]. After that I again registered a complaint on the same day and they gave me another complaint number [protected] and assured me that the complaint will be attended within 8 hours. Till today the complaint is not attended. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue as early as possible else I may have to escalate it. Was this information helpful? | |||
