Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by Voltas AC company. This year, on 23rd May, 2024( Req no: [protected]), My voltas ac was serviced by Voltas technician and charged with 6000 INR with 6 months service warranty.
Now, in the month of august, the same issue has recurred and I have raised service req ( Req no: [protected]) on 13th August 2024. Despite repeated attempts to contact voltas executive, no technician has been sent to address the issue with AC. Our calls are now being outright ignored since one month. (Technicians Contacts: Voltas ASM: [protected], other technicians numbers: Madhu- [protected], Naveen -[protected]).
As you are undoubtedly aware, the sweltering heat makes the functioning of an AC imperative, and the repeated failures of voltas product and the unresponsiveness of your staff have caused undue inconvenience and discomfort.
I implore you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. Firstly, I request a prompt repair or replacement of the faulty AC unit. Additionally, I urge you to investigate the conduct of the executive responsible for ignoring our calls and ensure that appropriate disciplinary action is taken.
Now I have no choice but to approach the consumer forum for relief, as the company's failure to provide the service violates my consumer rights and the terms of the ac service warranty.
I kindly request the consumer forum to direct to:
1. Provide immediate service or repair
2. Compensation for any inconvenience caused due to the delay in the service.
3. Take appropriate action aginst the company
Your swift attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it is essential for restoring my faith in Voltas as a reliable provider of cooling solutions.
I await your urgent response and resolution.
