Dear Sir, We have purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton split Ac from your Dealer on 05.02.2019 i have request for installation of said AC on 16.02.2019. Service request number is [protected]. your customer care executive assured me that technician com e today upto 14:00 Hrs. i am sorry to inform you that till time any body not turn up from your department. As per assurance of your customer care executivr i have taken leave from my office and i am continuously trying to contact your technician and till now he has not pick my phone .
