Voltas — complaint regarding voltas split AC not resolved even after about two months | |||
Bought new voltas split AC in April 2015. After about a month there was a noise and spark in outer cabinet. Lodged complaint with customer care 06th May 2015 and I was given complaint no [protected] dt 06.05.2015. No one attended till 12th June 2015. I have calling customer care time and again. Every time I was told that it would be attended within two days. On 09th June I spoke to Mr Phadke the branch head. On his initiative one technician attended on 12th June and informed that motor of the fan needs to be replaced and it may take 2-3 days to get the new motors. Till today (23rd June 2015) I am waiting. In between on 09th JuneI was given another complaint no [protected] dt 09.06.2015. Was this information helpful? | |||
