[Resolved]  Voltas — compressor replacement not done

Sir, we bought a voltas ac in sept 2018 and soon faced a machine failure in nov. We logged a complaint regarding failure of ac. Technicians have visited and told that compressor will be replaced and then they left. After that no one contacted back. Then i again compalined about the issue. Nxt time they visited and then taken some photos of machine number. And assured us to complete task within 10 days. But its more than 20 and no one came to replace the compressor. Please consider our application and provide us the service asap. Help us yo resolve our problem from voltas ac.

Voltas 1.5 splt under warrenty . It's now 56 days and still the problem not solved . how can a company sell its products, take money and then never care for the service.
Request :[protected] ( 27/10/2018 and [protected] .Senior officer also promised to resolve last week but did not. My beauty parlour customers declining without ac, HELP
