[Resolved] Voltas — cooling issue and warranty extended | |||
Respected sir Now till day i am very disappointed due to the your service, no body serious action on the my problem. I had purchased ac from tata click on date 2 june 2018, with offer two year warranty. But they saying to me you have been not sms for within a week for the own extended warranty, i was not know that this is scheduled, but sir is this right no any notification and sms from your company for the extended warranty, One month ago your team came and fill the gass but after one month again i complaints for the same, they came and filling again gas, sir one one month and they again issue for the gas filling due to the not colling, it's right? I request you to kindly take action on this and please extended my balance warranty and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
