I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems on 7th September, 2023 with request number [protected].
The Voltas Company did not short out this problem till date i.e 0n 23 September 2023 . I called and email many times to the customer care and service provider center but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior. My AC has a 3-year comprehensive warranty till March 2026. On September 8 2023, the engineer visited and said that we have to replace the sensor and gave the order for the on the same day. However, they did not replace it yet (16 days passed).
Due to this bad service of Voltas, my family is suffering from last few days.
