I had complained to a voltas technician who's phone number written on the bill to be contacted for any problems related to the AC. I had complained on Monday morning, to which he said he will come today or tomorrow. and it is wednesday now. everyday he keeps saying i will come in the afternoon but he doesnt come. Is this the kind of support you people are providing? Once we buy something, you dont give a **** anymore to the customer's complaints? When i said i am going to report this to higher authorities with your name, he said yeah sure do whatever you want. THIS is how they are supposed to treat customers? his name is HARISH DESAI.
