Voltas — Customer Service

I have purchased a Voltas AC at 30-APR-25, I was register for AC servicing, the person came for service and after check he told me the person who came for AC installation they did some wrong installation that's why the drain pipe is cut and we are facing water leakage from that and ask me for 800 Rs for repair, instead of Voltas company person fault i was agree to pay but they open my AC yesterday and till now no any service person came for change the pipe and fix it. now i was trying to connect them they are not responding.

First time i have faced this kind of mismanagement.
Very bad experience of customer care service.
Very bad experience of Service person.

Never recommend to anyone for purchase the Voltas AC because it's customer service is worst.
