[Resolved] Voltas — Dealer and Service issue

The Incident happens on March 08th 2021. I applied to A/C service via voltas service portal and technician received. Dealer interesting to fixing the price to customer by phone call (technician) to Dealer (owner). Voltas website initiated discount for Voltas customer. But dealer it's not acceptance for discount. Issue not fixed, however they make charges as RS 472, as informed for visiting charges. Also informed to the dealer, I register the complaint, hence as they informed no issues. @Voltas Please deal with valuable Service Centre Dealers. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
