Despite regular servicing, we were never informed about the fault in the coil, and your service agent has consistently assured us that the unit was in good condition and did not require any major repairs. This misinformation has caused us great inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

We are demanding a full replacement of the air conditioner, as it is clear that the fault was present from the day of purchase and installation. We are not willing to accept a repair of the unit, as we have already been suffering from discomfort and inconvenience for the past three years.
