[Resolved] Voltas — Defected AC | |||||
They have send us defected Ac. We are complaining every week. In one and a half year more then 15 times the gas has been filled we ask them the problem they say it that its leakage problem they are not ready to solve it they are just refilling the gas and giving it back to us again after a week or two same problem comes.they just wasted our time so that the warranty gets expired and then we are helpless. they even extended our warranty but even after that the problem is there. We want to replace the Ac. When ever we call they don't pick up the call or disconnect it. Please revert ASAP. they are not at all giving us answer. we are fed up of this. They are just playing around. please look upon this ASAP. we have bought this machine from TAM S SHOPPER and they are sending us to ATUL ELECTRONICS (Bhandup). Was this information helpful? | |||||
