[Resolved]  Voltas — defective ac unit installed

I have purchase VOLTAS AC from authorised dealer in BAREILLY. On the day of installation the AC was not working I requested the engineer to take back the AC to your store he denied for that. After repeated calling to the engineer was send after 10 days he took some part from AC and said the he will replace it but didn't came back.It is very tough to bare this hot weather without ac. The response of store owner is very very bad and spoke in very rude way.i want them to replace my AC as soon as possible as it has been one month since the day I purchased it till today.i think I have made I big mistake to buying VOLTAS AC its a pathetic condition and very bad response from store owner and company customer care response.

I purchased two units of 1.5 TON VOLTAS AC from authorised VOLTAS store in BAREILLY on 24.06.2019.One of the two unit is not working from the time it is installed. The behaviour of store keeper is vv pathetic I called him so many times that my new AC unit is not working since the time of installation.The engineer who came for installation was requested not to change the AC from the that very time that this is not working, he was soo ignorant that he didn't listen and went away after installing it despite it was not switching on.When store owner was called he spoke in very rude way and was giving silly excuses for defective AC unit.When asked for replacement he directly refused it that to in very very rude way.Later after ten days he send an engineer who took out some components from new AC unit and said he will get he changed but even after one week he didn't came back and when came he bought the same defective companent and put in New AC unit.I am in big problem as temperature in my place is touching 50 degree with 5 month kid at home with not working NEW AC.I think I have made biggest mistake by buying VOLTAS AC and that from BAREILLY DEALER.
