Voltas — Delay in installing newly bought voltas split ac | |||
I bought 5 star voltas split ac on 15th april and requested for installation, but i regret to inform you that even after 4 days no one came for installation. I have called voltas customer care several times and also send escalation mails to '[protected]@voltas.com' & '[protected]@voltas.com' - even sent 2 reminders but of no use. The new ac is kept in packed condition at my home, i have made full payment on 15th april but not getting benefitted - still i am living with no ac in this unbearable weather condition... Yes, yesterday they sent their Engineer and installed the AC at my Home, thanks!
