[Resolved] Voltas — delivery of ac under bses scheme | |||
I registered for purchase/exchange of window ac under bses scheme. I got myself registered in december, 2018 under this scheme. But i am sorry to state that after pursuing this matter for two months, i was told that my papers were lost and i should submit a fresh copy of my latest electricity bill. I submitted that once again, but even after more than a month, the ac is yet to be delivered. I keep getting a call from people claiming to be from voltas (Mr. Ajay, mr. Abhishek, mr. Kapil, mr. Raju etc). Last week on monday the 25th march, i was told that the delivery of ac is scheduled for 29th march but again a no show. Summer season has already begun and i want a confirmation as to when would i get the product.
