I bought a Voltas air conditioner from Lulu Shopping Mall, Kochi on August 10, 2022. It was installed in my flat by the service team New-tech Cool Solutions next day. I was out of station for a couple of weeks since then. When I came back and checked it was found that it is not cooling. On my complaint, the service team checked and informed me that the connection was not done properly by the installation team. Previous team was asked to make it right, but after checking, they reported some board complaint. The board is to be replaced and so they ordered for it, promising to replace it within 4 working days.
After 4 days, on Monday September 19th, when I checked with New-tech Cool Solutions, they are asking me to wait another 7 days. I checked with Voltas, and they are also saying the same thing. I am fed up with their service. It is a brand-new unit and when it is found faulty, they have to replace it. Was this information helpful? |
